My first trip report so go easy.

I arrived at Medellin on Feb 3, 2009. This was my first trip to South America but I had heard so much about Medellin on this site I thought I had to try it. Not knowing any Spanish, I tried to hook-up with someone locally who did, so he could show me the ropes.

I initially contacted Medellin Man (who once promoted himself on Club Hombre) but he referred me on to Robert who runs the agency www.girlfriend4aweek.com. He is German but is fluent in Spanish and English.

Robert's theme is trying to offer "fresh girls" who have not yet become hardened by being in the business too long. The age range is 19 to 25, usually 19 to 21. Robert markets to mostly American men who are looking for young girlfriends.

I stayed at Robert's apartment in Poblado. Nice part of town! He has a three bedroom upscale aprtment with a large balcony. Each room has a private bath. I paid USD $60 per night.

For P4P, I went with his service first and despite Robert's best efforts and sincerity the first girl turned out to be a dud. It was his best girl too, Scarlet Rose. Apparently, she is very popular and has been very busy since the inception of his service in November. She is fluent in English so this must help bring in the customers. She started out friendly enough and I did end up taking her for 2 1/2 days, until I gave up trying to make it work. She drank too much, smokes 2 packs a day and kept hitting on me to pay for things. I would have forgiven all this if she had been better in bed but I only got to screw her 4 times in the 2 1/2 days. At $300+/day I felt this was a rip-off. On the first night when I tried to get her back into bed with me she said, "You want more sex???" resentfully, like I was inconviencing her. She was hungover one night and refused me sex. She was usually too tired to have sex, too drunk to have sex, too hungover to have sex, had to go to school and couldn't have sex or had to study and couldn't have sex.. Sheesh, it was like being married again! I found I wasn't getting the attention from her that I expected at those rates. She just seemed to be going through the motions. She never dressed or acted sexy (hell, she wore PJs to bed!). I found her somewhat tomboyish. On the website she is in a dress but this is out-of-character. I only saw her in jeans, T-shirts and sneakers. She doesn't smile much (has braces). She seemed distracted at Robert's apartment, talking to Robert himself, Christian (Robert's 18 year-old live-in assistant) or any of the girls Robert happened to be bringing through at that time.I complained to Robert and he talked to her. She seemed contrite at first but did not really change her attitude. I then talked to Robert again and dumped her. She was a little bitter, to say the least.

Robert is trying to promote his girls as fresh and girl-next-door types, but Scarlet is already showing signs of being hardened. There's a rough guideline that you should not take a girl if she does not smile, if you do not know anything else about them. That certainly applied here, Scarlettt never smiles in her pics.

Robert gave me a discount (about 60% mark-down) on my time with her. He says she was getting complacent with her earlier success, and that he had noticed weight gain and increased smoking as well. To discipline her, hw said he was going to take her off the schedule for February, but I see he didn't.

He made up for this by setting me up with Natasha (granted, she does not smile either on the website!). With all the feedback I gave Robert (I reinforced the point I wanted to get laid, not just hang out with an expensive girlfriend) like a good coach he was able to send in a girl who would meet my needs. I took her for just 12 hours overnight. Great value this time!She did not speak any English (but by then I had picked up a little Spanish), dressed sexy, wore lingerie and screwed me 4 times in 12 hours! She even woke me up to have sex! I reached down to touch her pussy and it was soaking wet, too! We never left the bedroom til the morning when I took her out for breakfast.

One of the perks of staying at Robert's at the time was the benefit of seeing (and participating in) his recruitment parties, both at the apartment and at the disco. The women were hot! But Robert is selective.

The only other P4P I had time for in Medellin was an evening at Loutron's. I had heard about this place and had to try it. Again, I knew just enough Spanish to get by. Very well-appointed new location on an estate somewhere in the upscale area of Poblada (taxi driver knew how to find it, of course). Every woman looked like a Greek goddess chiselled out of marble! Gorgeous centerfold material, all 8 girls that presented themselves! Picked Anhellenic. Shower, massage, fondling, oral, then she straddled me reverse cowgirl. Fantastic ass, couldn't hold on too long. Then a short rest, shower, pay and back to the lounge for another beer. At 200,000 COP likely expensive by Medellin standards but real good-value compared to my hometown (1/2 the price, girls 100 times better looking!)

I tried to use Scoobies Medellin Guide. It was a bit helpful but a lot of the info was out-of-date. (prices and location of Loutron's).

What I learned:
1) Stay at my own hotel, preferably a nice one in Poblado. This way the girls aren't distracted away from sex (we will know what we are in the hotel room for!)
2) Not being able to communicate with the girl has its advantages. less talk, more sex (had a similar expereince with a Bulgarian girl, who didn't speak English, in Toronto once. All we could do was screw!)
3) But still learn more Spanish
4) Only take Robert's girls overnight. I really don't want to spend the daytime with them when I want to workout or go to the massage parlours.They do not seem to be up for daytime sex anyways
5) leave the daytime free to workout, relax and recuperate
6) Hire a driver who is bilingual to show me around the street action (never got a chance to check out Mayorista....and the downtown street girls seem to be a bad scene)
7) Come alone or with a wingman, not with married friends.
8) Do not try to explore on foot, just take a cab.

Well, what can I say. I was brand-new to the Medellin scene and could not find a wingman to help me out. And I speak no Spanish.I knew the service was pricey (see website for rates, etc) but had to start somewhere and this offered some handholding. Newbie errors were inevitable. Any help from Club Hombre members for my next trip would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the honest assessment. As you may have seen in some posts elsewhere here, the regular MDE crowd doesn't think much of Robert's business plan. His prices are astronomically high compared to what a relative novice can negotiate, and his talent is no better than what can be found at the Mansion, in the clubs, and so forth. Robert's merchandise is no better than what you can find on your own, he just markets it that way, and charges an unconscionable fee just for making it easier for you to find and spend time with a girl.

I was laughing aloud when I read that Scarlet Rose wore pajamas to bed...WTF!?! In more than two decades of mongering, I have never seen a puta wear pajamas. I really wish you could post a picture of a puta in pajamas!

You seem to have already come to the key conclusion that most of us have come by through experience: Make your rentals on an hourly rather than a daily basis. If the chemistry is not right, if she underperforms, or if she comes with an attitude, you can jettison her more easily and at a lower cost. If she's a keeper, you can always negotiate to extend the stay or for a repeat later.

A few days later after reading all of the negative feedback, An Annonymous poster usually first time poster will pop out of nowhere PRAISING and PRAISING his business and what a great time they had and how it was a life changing experience, blah blah blah, etc etc. All awhile mixing some truths and possible scenarios and real locations with pure fiction.

Thanks to Bwana Dik and his assessment. I did not get to research this particular agency for my own reasons, and did not stumble upon any negative feedback in my brief perusal of this site so I jumped with both feet. Next time will be different. I take issue with Sobe9ball. No shilling here. I tried to give an honest report from my newbie perspective. Scarlett is a definite no-repeat. My experience with offshore mongering is very limited compared to most members of this august body, so don't be so hard on me. You gotta travel and experience before you can post. Compared to the awful P4P scene in my hometown, this was an improvement. I would appreciate getting advice from the "regular Medellin crowd" on the best way to get value from a visit to Medellin, if one does not speak Spanish. thx again

Thanks for a literate and contrite trip report. From what you describe, you had reasonable expectations going in and gave Robert a fair shake.

Also, though his prices seem a bit high, it sounds as though Robert is trying to treat his clients fairly and give them a good experience (based on the concession he made to you for your unsatisfactory experience with Scarlet Rose). At least he has enough sense to know that word travels quickly on this board, and he'd be ill-advised to leave a client dissatisfied.

I will keep your pointers in mind as I consider Medellin for my next vacation in late '09.

P.S. I sometimes think that fluency in the girls' native language is unnecessary. In my own experience, lack of fluency only raises the threshold of what is worth communicating, relieving me of the burden of making idle chit-chat.

Next time stay at the Manion. I stayed there on my newbie trip Medillin and have no complaints. It seems from your report that you missed out on some of the highlights of being in Medellin.

Now say after me---price and quality have an inverse relationship. The more I spend the less I get...now repeat 100 times. Monger smarter not poorer.

You've been a member of this site since November 2007 - so, about 16 months. That's plenty of time to study trip reports, read threads, etc. So, if you did any research at all, you knew you were doing a lot of things very wrong.

Sobe makes a great point. This German dude running this fleece service just popped up on here a short while ago, with a couple of posts touting an apartment, then just this week his first post about his service. Then, coincidentally, a day after he gets his nuts napalmed by the board for being a ripoff pimp, you post your report.

Now, since you don't describe the service in the greatest of terms, I believe that you're not shilling for it. I'm also not sure if you should have used the guys' full, real names in the report, but what's done is done.

You made a lot of rookie mistakes, mostly out of fear of the unknown. You don't need a wingman or anything, just read through the threads and trip reports on here concerning Medellin and pick a reputable place to stay. Post your travel dates, and you're bound to find someone visiting down there while you are. Try and hook up with them, in a non-leach way. Inbox some vets, most guys are happy to give extra, specific advice to a newbie if you've at least got the basics down.

The big thing is to not feed pimps like this Robert guy. They're simply there to take advantage of guys who don't know any better. All members of this site shouldn't be in that category.

I am not doubting you here, but it does seem a bit odd that you would select the Medellin Madman first since he really wasnt that into the P4P scene, mostly finding girls for marriage. BTW ADMIN can you remove his real name.

The thing about MDE is you dont need a guide or stay at the mansion. Get a room at the Torre Pablado which is in walking distance from the heart of Pablado and work your way out from there. On the other hand if you are going for non-pros, I wouldnt stay at TP since it is getting a bad rep with some of the local girls.

I am not trying to bust your balls, but if you had been on the board for anytime at all and read the reports you would know all of this.

And the best advice on here ius from Isawal about price/value.

You can go solo, but more fun to go, or meet up, with a wing man.

Everybody has a learning curve, I hope yours gets better soon. Before your next trip spend some time reading the trip reports, there is a lot of information on this web site, you just need to invest the time to educate yourself.

So far I have made 8 trips to this great city. My Spanish speaking abilities are so so and I usually shop at the casas. In April 2008, I met a nice chica there, she was fine with 100,000 a night and she paid her own transport. I kept her 7 nights. I returned in June, called her and spent another 8 nights with her. In August I called her once because I was with another friend and we didn't do TLNs everynight at that time. I was there 33 days but I did do a few and I paid 100,000 for those as well.

80,000 to 100,000 is a price many will accept. With the peso at 2,500, thats more than fair.


Some ask for 300,000 to 500,000 but will settle on 100,000 because there are guys that pay that amount so they give it a shot.

I was lucky enough to meet Cubanut on my virgin trip. A better wingman doesn't exist.

I also wanted to point out how Infanticide was quick to offer up his camera when we were together with a crew of Mongers at Apoteosis Club. I had taken up this cutie and when I tried to get off my first photo, my battery died. Stay at El Castillo...its a lot more quieter than the Mansion and you still get to mix it up with all the other gusts. MDE has plenty to offer depending on your taste and wallet. I was in MDE last month and enjoyed every minute of it....so much I already booked my return trip!

Your report was very nice. Too bad about the bad service. Only been to Med. once but the Mansion and all involved was awesome & definately returnable. The Castillo has a very good reputatopn also. I enjoy the company of fellow mongers as well as the mongering, so I will be staying at the Mansion again. Hello to all you Mugs I met in Nov. I'm chiming in kind of late (last post 7 month ago) but as someone who has never been to Colombia, I’m surprised that there is so much reliance on outside services and handholding to help guys find girls.

When I travel to Central America, I go solo. Going out hunting on my own is part of the adventure albeit risky and sometime dangerous, but a thrill. I get pussy abound even with my broken Spanish.
