I was the leader of a group of 3 gringos for a 5 day driveby to Puerto Plata/Sosua Dominican Republic. The plan was 2 nights in BB's (www.blackbeardsadultresort.com) and 3 somewhere in Sosua. We extended at BB's for another night because it rocked. We were there in mid May 2009. Flight plan had 2 of us connect from the East coast to San Juan, PR. Flew a prop to POP from SJU. The other guy flew direct from JFK.
I've been to POP alone 2 years ago so I knew the airport drill which is fairly efficient. No need for checked bags, 2 carry-ons each and out we went after paying the $10.00 tourist visa good for 90 days. No exit fee at this airport. Changed $50.00 USD at the airport for travel money. BB's exchanges at 34 pesos RD to the dollar where the street cambios were offering around 35.8 at the time. Fair enough I thought at BB's. Recommend you pay as you go at BB's bar and restaraunt rather than put it all on your room tab to avoid sticker shock on your way out and to enforce some spending discipline.

Kiked down the devious taxi drivers to $40.00 for the 30 minute to Costambar. Stopped at a colmado for a few things on the way in. BB's really frowns on bringing in your own booze. OK to have a beer in your hand but they will have you put your excess booze in storage if you buy alot on the way in, We didn't buy any. Their bar prices are reasonable and so is the food which was really quite good. We did 2 meals a day. Previous posters have complained about the cooking but the old cook was fired and this new one seems to be living up. Nobody in my group got sick.

Long story short, I banged out 7 different chicas in 8 sessions there. Had two 3sums in one day. Upon our arrival we grabbed 9 chicas to pose with us for a photo op by the BB sign right outside. That was fun. I was balls deep with "Antonia" less than 30 minutes later. Shift change arrives at 1800 every night and the next group comes in at 1100 give or take. At any given time there were usually 10-15 Bitches hanging around. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and there was no regimentation or anything like that but they did beg us to go upstairs for the "Miss Universe" contest. We went and it was a good time. I was with another Bitch for that and she fucked me pretty good that night. I don't DO long-time, not worth it to pay the Bitches to sleep with me is how I look at it. Prices are a strictly enforced $40.00 for short time and $80.00 for TLN. They sell a cheap substitute Cialis and Viagra at the front desk that my wingman swore by. I shared the Penthouse suite with him and liked the space we had. 2 shitters but only one shower. Partial ocean view avaialble from the balcony. Rooms vary from about $60-99. Best to pay cash USD for your rooms upon arrival. Avoid using your credit card here at all costs as they have a 20% surcharge. My split cost for the penthouse was $69.00 a night. Fucked and sucked good there. No real complaints. My wingman had one bad experience with a chica who turned on him looking for more coin. We had her fired the next day. She deserved it and the owner had been warning her to knock it off. Nice Canadian lady works the front desk. She's new here but I think she's a good addition once she catches up. I talked with her about many things for a long while. She GETS it. Decent beach 2 minute walk away, you can hear the waves crashing in the distance. You may have to go there to use your cell phone though some guys went to the top floor or out front.

Off to Sosua to bottom feed. I fucked 3 more in 2 nights. Easy to walk around, not a big place. Try walking the beach, very unique with a shady tree line almost to waters edge. Fucked a smoking hot 21 year old beach girl working a small bar with her aunt. The aunt was a nice lady, fat but nice. She wanted to fuck all 3 of us. We politely declined and tipped her nicely for her excellent bar service and interesting conversation. She sent her niece over to my room for me. Now, THAT's room service! We stayed at a Boutique hotel, www.hotelcasavaleria.com They are Bitch friendly but have a few rules about that. The rules were reasonable. Right next door is Hotel New Garden. VERY bitch friendly. A little like BB's actually. The working girls start their night off right there at the bar before heading out. We would stop in and look over the Bitches before heading out for dinner, etc. Nice Irish Pub Restaraunt just down the street called Pedro McMurphy's. Decent breakfast. Best meal in town is at a place called Bailys I think. Look around you can eat well for $20 bucks. Stopped by the American owned "New York Shark Bar" and met up with Lou, the retired on disability New York City cop who owns the place. A previous poster liked this place and I promised to follow up. Think of this place as the 'Cheers' for American ex-pats. Small but decent. Good place to go to watch sports.

Went out both nights to the short strip and we all banged out some Bitches. My 2 wingmen were looking for younger, barely legal. WATCHOUT! Plenty of underage girls trying to make due. No cedula, no deal. That simple. Don't be THAT guy, its NOT worth it. Learn to read the ID card and accept nothing less. Several tried to get one over on us. I even turned one down that I knew was over 21 as she couldn't produce an ID. I ended up with older Bitches for my final 2 nights. Needed something different. One was 29, the other 30. The 30 was drinking coffee of all things at the bar, very light skin both were, kinda like "Natasha" from the old sitcom, the "Adams Family". The older they are the more willing to negotiate. Bitches try for 2000-2,500 pesos but 1,500 is pretty standard. If they won't budge move on. It was slow season and a buyers market for us so I was pretty stubborn. I had no problem with the concept of just going to bed early and catching some sleep...alone. I speak good Spanish and used that to my advantage. The 29 year old raided my mini bar a little bit. Then, after her shower, she splashed a nip bottle of some Johnny Walker Black on her pussy while seated spread-legged in a chair licking her lips. She was crazy and fun. Then she started getting out of whack so I threw her ass out. She felt bad and said, "I'm sorry, really. I am." as she was walked out the gate. I couldn't find her the next night so I fucked the 30 y/o MILF instead. She was decent and let me grudge fuck her for a long time till I was done. She didn't drink or smoke. She left quietly.
Then we all woke up, piched ourselves, and headed to the airport after breakfast and some ice coffee.

I forgot to mention that the American owner spent $42,000 in capital inprovements that include a huge generator that can run the whole facility during the blackouts. that was just coming online while we were there. Upgraded kitchen with more industrial grade cooking equipment, and some other fixups. The place looks well kept and there was always somebody around cleaning or fixing something, and thats a GOOD thing in a country like that where they tend to let everything just go to shit. Leave it to an American to do that I guess.

Great Report no photos though? Sorry I missed you guys but you are right Black Beards is a great time and so is Sosua. I like your in depth report and it tells people exactly the things tht they need to know. I wont even try to top it but suffice it to say I also had a great time in the DR and I recommmend everyone to check out Black Beards at least for a few nights. One thing I would add they have the largest jacuzzi in the country and we have had many a crazy party in that jacuzzi. It could fit 15 people in there easily.

I have been to POP a few times and always had a terrific time. There were always plenty of chicas at the local bars and cantinas. Practically every female you see is up for grabs. Rio is still better for me for a 3 week vacation, but for a 4-5 day cheap jaunt...you cant beat the DR. great pics...thanx
