Cincoleche: Cartagena is like the Costa Rica of Colombia, its where all of the prepagos from other cities graduate to before they make the leap to becoming international putas in Panama/CR and the Carribean. Cartagena prices are much higher, half of the girls are from Medellin and the service is very 'professional' grade as opposed to GFE. This is just what people in Colombia have told me, I've never been to Cartagena.
