A 4-party Night, 21 Oct 2009
by greengrasser@yahoo.com

My main purpose for visiting Angeles City is the girls. The girls in the clubs and bars. Not girls on the street or in malls.

While searching for a nice girl or two in the clubs and bars, there are parties or events in clubs. The best way to find them is to walk around Field Avenue, nearby streets, and Perimeter Road where the clubs are located. A banner or sign is hung in front of the building housing the club and sometimes overhead from one side of the street to the other, advertising the party or event at least a few days in advance.

Sometimes a party or event is advertised on internet boards. A former cllub owner, DragonStar, of the former Byrd Cage, told me that he did not advertise the parties at his club on the web boards, because advertisement might bring the attention of the police which he did not want. This might be one of many reasons why such parties or events are not advertised widely.

By the way, I used the two terms, parties and events, because some people make distinction between the two. I believe that the intent is to use the term party for an occasion more festive and maybe more wild than an event. The term event may be intended to convey an occasion closer to a regular meeting of a group. Until a better distinction is made, I tend to use the two terms as synonyms; however, I would classify a parade an event.

Walking around Angeles City for the past two weeks, reading banners, receiving handout flyers, and reading signs inside of some clubs, I have seen a number of parties and events advertised. They seem to average two or three per week. This does not include a few clubs that advertise a weekly Aussie bbq on Fridays, weekly body painting display on Wednesdays, etc.

Wednesday, October 21, 2009 night was unusual. There were three parties/events plus a regular weekly Wed/Fri free appertizer scheduled. Below is what I saw. It does not include things that I did not see, which might have made the party/event more noteworthy. Otherwise, what I described below might provide information on what to expect from similar party/event in the future and on points of comparison.

5:20 pm - 5:50 pm, EMOTIONS.

A handout indicated that this party/event at Emotions scheduled 5-8 pm involved five clubs: Emotions, Dr. Holm's, Eruption, Stampede, and Foxy. So, this might be a regular party/event rotated among the different clubs.

About 50-60 guys were seated around the club making a full house.

Just after I ordered a drink, a waitress carried around a big platter of six or seven different types of finger foods for each customer to pick from. A customer selected 1-3 pieces of appertizers. I got two 2-inch long weiners. By the time, the waitress circled again to my area, the platter was nearly empty.

I ordered a local drink. Cost was 45 pesos.

Groups of 4-6 girls from different clubs danced one or two numbers. Highlight was one group who went topless for a minute or two.

A waitress came around selling raffle tickets for 50 pesos each.

At 5:40 pm, an announcer got on stage and held a raffle draw. Five draws were made. The biggest prize was a lady drink at another club. A few days earlier, a waitress at one of the other participating clubs told me that the raffle included a half-price bar fine. The next drawing was announced to be held in half hour.

6:05 pm - 7:30 pm, LA BAMBA, a WOW event.

The WOW event is a weekly event, 6 pm -8 pm. Paricipating clubs include: Rhapsody, Lollipop, Golden Nile, and Cambodia.

About 40 guys were seated around the club. There were a few seats available during the first half hour, but others have warned that you should go early to get a seat.

A beer or local drink cost 50 pesos.

A raffle ticket is given with each beer/drink. For my third drink, the waitress forgot to give me a third raffle ticket. But a mama-san was quick to bring it to me when I pointed out the omission, although I did not notice the omission until the raffle began.

At 6:35 pm, the regular club girls vacated the stage and a show began. Three numbers were presented. The first number was very somber and dramatic with five girls in masks laying atop five bar stools on stage; however, a highlight or conclusion was missing. The second number was topless. The third number was Lollipop dancers shaking their bodies. Opinion -- the first number made this show more memorable than Emotions' show.

At 6:55 pm, waitresses distribute a butter-dish sized plate holding two pieces of appertizers. One was like a pizza slice but the topping was sandwiched between baked dough. Not a typical finger food, but good.

About 7 pm, a raffle drawing was held. About ten draws were made. The big prize was a 1,000 peso ticket to this Saturday's pool party/buffet/open bar at ABC Hotel. The next drawing was announced for 8 pm.

8:45 pm - 9:05 pm, ROADHOUSE.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, Roadhouse advertised free finger foods from 8 pm - 10 pm. This follows the club's two-for-one happy hour, 6 pm - 8 pm.

A year ago or more, the club provided free finger foods during its happy hours, twice a week. The main item was several submarines sliced into three-inch wide diagonal wedges.

A beer cost 95 pesos.

At 8:45 pm, most of the finger food was gone. I got the last of halved deviled eggs and six one-inch long meaty lumpias. The egg was good and creamy, and the lumpias were hearty meat.

The club was about half full of customers. The best thing about Roadhouse occurred when I sat the bar or at a table next to strangers. I met some interesting guys. This evening I met up for the second time a Swedish guy, with whom our favorite discussion was digicams. Our initial introduction occurred a week earlier, when I noticed he had a digicam that I had never seen before. It was a Panasonic LX3, which is the only model under US$450 that has a f2.0 lens, but it is hard to find for that price.

9:15 pm - 10 pm, AURA.

A banner advertised this opening celebration, starting 9 pm to late. Nothing else was mentioned, not even finger food.

The club was full. I guessed 30-40 customers, of whom 95 percent of the customers were Asians. A waiter directed me to a seat on the side overhead catwalk. My view was a 70 degree angle down on the stage and from the side.

A beer cost 90 pesos.

This is a new club that has an entrance to the Bangkok Hotel's driveway. It has a sunken dance floor, where the club girls move provocatively hinting at hidden charms, and an overhead catwalk a la Cambodia club, which is not being used so far. Customer seating is L-shaped on two sides of the dance floor, and tiered. It is a small club with a high ceiling.

Continuous show. When I walked in, about a dozen girls were concluding the Philippines-peculiar model walk number. I regard it as a cheap way to claim a show. Then a solo female dancer performed a provocative dance. Next another solo female dancer did her version. On next was a third solo female dancer to do her thing. Finally, a group of 11 female dancers did a fast jazz dance moving in three groups around the stage, ending with a clever box and X design with two yellow elastic ribbons stretched among the dancers. This dance number reminded me of numbers done two years ago at Agasya on its big stage. Next were three more solo female dancers, but the last girl went topless. Then there was a show stopper number, consisting of six girls, of whom one looked ten-month pregnant. They danced around the dance floor and at one point went into the audience to dance before returning to the dance floor. Next number was another jazz number by the group of 11 girls.

At this point, I decided my night was over, paid my check, and exited. It appeared that the show would never end and no customer was leaving his seat except for me. For a show, this was the first one to show some real choreography, although the girls' dance techniques showed the need for extensive training.

On my walk back to my hotel, I saw that there were other shows going on, which I have not seen yet. Namely, Golden Nile, Dollhouse, and Club Atlantis' Broadway show.

Unfortunately, I have limited drinking capacity and my five hours out this night exceeded my usual night out running around.

I want to thank Emotions, La Bamba/WOW, Roadhouse, and Aura for their parties/events. It was a fun night out in Angeles City.

Keep on mowing.

Greengrasser says: "I got two 2-inch long weiners." Look, despite your pathetic condition, I have to assume you could still find some girls to fuck. I mean, you are in Angeles city, where 4000 girls are working. Unless you advertise your condition with a chest sign, they are not going to know till it's too late. Barfine a few, and see what happens.

I guess Radioman's saying "your pathetic condition" indicates that he did not read my report. He is flaming me about something that my report did not even attempt to address.

The topic of my report was not girls. The topic was the PARTIES or EVENTS held in four clubs.

Read the title of my report. The title is an important clue about what I write about.

By the way, girls in Angeles City are a topic that has been frequently addressed. In fact, it has been over-addressed. If I encounter an unusual girl, I might write about the encounter or I might not.

I tend to write about stuffs, other than the obvious (girls, beauty/ugly, sex prowess, orgasms, dildos, brown shower, silken saddle) -- which would be of more interest to newbies and well-experienced. I do not write about pornographic items.

Noooooo it was a JOKE. I do not know how long your weiner is, nor do I care. I was trying to be funny. Sorry if I offended.

Guys can do what they want in AC and report what they want. And if I did not want to read it I didn't have to.

Noooooo, I am not intending to flame. I am trying to make a joke. I did not know how long your weiner is nor do I care. It was an attempt at humor, that is all. My apologies if I offended.

Radioman,

Apologies accepted. Jokes are difficult to write and when I joke in response to what somebody else wrote, I tried to remember to also write " (ha, ha) ". Some guys use a similey face.

I reacted to your initial comment, because I have been accused of not writing about my sexual escapades.

I wrote two 2-inch long wieners, because they were only finger food I got. I should have explained that it was a random choice, which proved to be a low-cost excuse for finger food.

But, when ugly girls have approached me, sometimes I tell them that I have a one-inch cocktail wiener and ask them if they will give me a discount? So, I was able to get rid of them very easily. And I laughed when they left me. Sometimes that does not work; then I tell them that I only want a 3-holer. Then the second exchange usually gets rid of them.

If you get to Angeles in December, let me know and we can get together for late afternoon beers.
