Sorry for the time it took to post the next installment – too much to do over the holidays.

November 18

After sending Jane on her way in a taxi at 7am I scouted out the area in daylight and found the local upscale supermarket, Vivanda and headed back to the love nest for some sleep. Waking up bright and early at 12pm I ventured back to Vivanda and stocked up the barren apartment. I found a nice looking Carmenere from Argentina (not a girl, but a wine - I'm a part-time wine snob) and a great selection of local cheeses. In fact the place blew the doors off any of my hometown supermercados.

I forgot to mention that I passed on the rent a cell phone at the airport. It wasn't too expensive to rent ($20?) but I think it was about $.50/min which seemed a little much. I brought my trusty unlocked old GSM phone and bought a SIM card at the Claro stand for 30 soles. You go back to the cashier and motion to your phone and show your number and money and she will put some time on it. I used it quite a bit to text some of girls since written language is sometimes easier to understand. I also used it to contact Brisa, Shy and other Anglos.

Relax Y Vida #1
Enough with preliminaries, I had Relax y Vida on my list before meeting up with my platonic friend Cali from Trujillo who was flying in. I had printed a map, but found it simplest to tell the taxi driver to take me to the Interbank building in San Isidro. It's a landmark and easy to find. Sure enough the Relax y Vida #1 is right across the street marked in plain silver letters on a low office building. You walk up a few steps and there is a mamasan who is very friendly and speaks a little English. She took my valuables and locked them up and then you pass through a door to a lounge where the girls are waiting (nothing that hasn't been described here before).

There were three girls on duty. One was very pretty (long legs, smiling face and long brown hair), another also nice looking (black wavy hair, big ones), and one that didn't do much for me. I chatted briefly as best I could and I have a bias against beautiful women having very good skills so I chose the dark haired girl, Belen. She went to ready the room and chatted/pantomimed with the other two. Belen led me to the room where there is a massage table, sauna, and Jacuzzi. I found out later this is the best room (the others share some of the facilities) and it's good to reserve it if you call ahead. Experiences at Relax y Vida have been well documented on the site before and I don't have much different to add.

She was fabulous, amazing skills, and spoke good English. Turns out she studied massage and was also totally into customer service and explained the Relax y Vida philosophy that any girl there is as good as the next, but I wasn’t totally convinced. She undressed me then stripped to her underwear and started with a full body massage first using her hands and then reversed and used her feet. She did a hand job finish (no bj, oh well) with her rear in my face so I couldn't resist DATY (not sure that is the usual custom). Then she cleaned me up stripped and we did the sauna with scrub and relaxed in the Jacuzzi. All the accolades about this place are well deserved, it was unbelievable. The house got 90 soles and I tipped Belen 60 soles, maybe over the norm but I think she was special and it was unlike anything I've experienced.

I got back a little wobbly, met my friend Cali from Trujillo who was waiting we had a great time drinking Pisco sours and the Carmenere and some other wine I brought. A great platonic married gf experience although violated with some DFK. She had no problem with me finding girls and felt bad I wasn't get as many since I was spending time with her.

Yes 90 soles, but a tip for the girl around 50 soles is customary. In my case the total was 150 soles ($52 or so).
