After reading this board for the last couple of weeks I decided to take a Friday off and head down South from Phoenix. I wanted to see action on a weeknight, so decided to leave Thursday night. I left Phoenix at around 7:30pm and thought I would be in Nogales by about 10:30pm. Wrong! About 20 minutes from Picacho Peak I get a flat. It is absolutely pitch black, so it takes me about an hour to change the tire. Not liking the fact that I am now driving on a miniture tire, I stop at an all night tire place and get a new one. The US side of the border is an absolute ghosttown. There is ample free parking along side the road that leads to the border. I park and walk over. After crossing there are 4 or 5 barkers there. One of them approaches and tries to sell me on Lipsticks. I tell him that I am going to check out Rio's. After seeing I'm not going to go to Lipsticks, he also says he has a stable of 5 or 6 young pretty girls much less expensive than Rios. He continues walking with me to Rios and I tip him a buck. I head upstairs to Rio and have a hard time explaining to the waiter that I want a Diet Coke. (I later learn they have "Coke Light" instead of "Diet Coke". I had followed the advice of this board, and my pockets were crammed with $5 bills and 50 singles. There are about 6-8 guys and 8-10 girls. One of the pimps walks over and asks me what I like. All in all, I had a great time in Nogales. Though everything wasn't perfect, (where is it?) I found a good variet of girls who were truly beautiful. Even those who beg do so politely, and I never felt like my life was in risk if I said no (as I have with some aggressive panhandlers in Phoenix and especially back East in D.C. and Baltimore). I know with hotel, gas, etc it may not be the most cost effective place to go, but for me at least, it was well worth the money and time, flat tire and all. I am planning on going back July 6th and 7th.

sounds like you had fun mickyd... However, you should be able to negociate a bj for $20-$30 range and sex for $40-$50 range...Wow, i guess the prices are going higher and higher in Nogales.......

To be honest, I only negotiated a couple of seconds. I might have been able to negotiate a lower fee, especially Thursday night when it wasn't busy at all.
