Up and moving at flank speed by 07:40. Nothing like a good nights sleep.
Back by 2:00 p.m..
What did I do all day?
Bought a lotta "shit", in Little India, namely:
Versaci cologne (35), scarfe (for my nurse g/f @ 50), Indian goddess print (9), a sugar cane jus (1.6) postcards & stamps (5.50), admission to the K.L. Tower (38), T-shirt (9), iced cappucino (5.50), drugs for nasal congestion (42), golf shirt (55), taxis = 10 + 7 + 15 + 8.
Highlight #1 was lunch. Found a "dump" on some sidestreet, and saw everyone from an office tower going there, so I followed. Two waters, 1 lg. lime juice, grilled beef with onion & ginger, seafood sizzle plate with prawns, a huge plate of vegetables, and of course, rice. Damage = 67.70 or essentially 20 bucks. Found a local money changer who was giving a rate of $ 1 USD = 3.33 MYR.
The other highlight was of course the views from the tower. K.L. is no hicktown.
