I know that you are coming to this report from an angle as someone who rarely goes to TJ but this statement is absolutely false. Las Vegas clubs have always been fun and the special element is the best clubs are just topless so they have booze, mileage decent but not over the top. I have been away from Vegas for too long to know if they've gone along with the SoCal trend. I certainly would think they have in clubs that have private VIP rooms - but you need to sell your home to finance a VIP. Just stupid and insulting really.

The hub of perversion in SoCal is City of Industry - a half hour drive east of downtown L.A. on the Pomona Fwy (60). I won't go into detail because it violates TOS for this site, but satisfactory to say that all the clubs in this area offer regular lap dances that exceed the mileage of HK lap dances, and all have VIP rooms where extras are offered - some clubs are more reasonable price wise than others, none of course are as cheap as the zona norte. Bottom line is these clubs are nothing but brothels.
