In Addis Ababa you can pick up the foreign-oriented pros at two specialized clubs (memo and concorde). They will ask for $50 for all night, but can be talked down to $30, maybe less. Cheaper hookers in other cafes and hotels, but I never tried.

But the best about Ethiopia is that you can pick regular women easily, as many dream of snatching a foreign boyfriend (and some succeed, thus creating hopes for the rest).

And even if you give them no such hope, many will come along for the fun. On my last trip, I picked two student friends that were out shopping by offering them to show my "fancy" hotel room. After some giggling, groping and kissing, they agreed to come the next night for an all-nighter. I was not sure they would come, but sure enough they showed up with their toothbrushes. I put them in the bathtub, and proceded to have a full night of alternating sex. Unfortunately, they were not into each other or even into having me touch them when I was fucking the other.

I also met a fantastic office girl, who became like a real girlfriend for most of the time I was there. Really passionate and loving, and the thing is that there must be many, many more like her.
