Any good places in Morocco ?

Try the hotel discos. Cesars at Sheraton for example in Casablanca. Things have change little bit since the bomb attacks. ( security at hotels for example)
Try also in Casablanca the local discos at "La Corniche" or "beach road". As always.... ask the local taxi drivers!

Being more specific, go to "Le village" in La Corniche area.
Le village is an entertaiment center with a Bar, a Disco and a Folk Morrocan entertaiment area.
Girls come to the bar after 11:00 pm then move to the disco.
Some 7-8s.
Arrangement is difficult since prostitution is illegal. So, you must pay $50 to the girl, $20 to the "house" where she will take you to(if you dare to go to the love nest)
Taxi drivers will overcharge you for the "risk" they are taking driving you and the girl to the love nest. ( another $20 each way).
Try a disco call "Miami" at La Corncihe. Some action also there

It is impossible to bring them to your hotel so it is best to rent a private apartment.
They go for about 20 Euros.
Do not take them out of the discos. Get their phone no and make an appointment for later.

I was at casablanca with family at hyatt.Went to black horse disco @ hotel and noticed numerous attactive girls ready for pickup.security is tight but hotel guests can get girl to room.problem with language as french and arabic are spoken way more frequently then english.try hamman at PASHA great experince.could not partake in delights due to family.

I've only talked to a few people who have been, and concluded that if I ever ended up there I might be able to have some fun, but it's not a mongering destination. Prostitution is illegal, and the punishments are pretty severe. Most hotels will not let you bring "guests" in who are not registered. Apparently there are some exceptions.

I will say that I think that many Moroccan women are stunning.

Been to Morocco. Whilst P4P is available in most cities (see Mudito's trip report) it is a hassle. First you have to have an apartment with an understanding landlord, bribe the security every time you bring a girl and taxis will at least treble the fare. If you get caught the police will extort much more from you before releasing you. If you are at a western hotel, like Sheraton in Casa, you'll have to pay for another room for the girl, and even then she might not stay more than a couple of hours. Moroccan women are beautiful and they know it. The more beautiful the higher the tariff. And when they freak it's better to pay up than cause yourself trouble. 90% of working girls do it because they're from very poor families, the rest divides up between university students and those who are wishing for someone to fall in love with them and take them to Europe/USA. Moroccan women have a reputation for doing everything, it's true. That was the second upside to my trip. Marrakesh is full of Gulf Arabs for P4P. Do not try to compete with them on cash. When they see the one they want they'll outbid you easily. I did have a reasonable time but if you compute the hassle and the costs, better go to Brazil. All the fun, none of the hassle. JMO.
