The opens at 1800 Hrs till 0600 morning all days of the week. Its is good joint for good ebony girls from all the neighbouring east african countries. You cant call upscale but is THE joint in Nairobi. The decor is OK and has a medium size dance floor. The Bar is well stocked and friendly service.
Prices are anything from Ksh 1500 for a short time w/o drinks to Ksh 4000 with drinks.
Pros: Good Choice and prices

Hmmm. I tried Floridas. Very dodgy. Be very careful at night in this part of town. I met a nice masaii girl at Floridas and we got on really well. She had been kicked out of her community for getting pregnant. Very interesting but didn't have sex with her. It's v. risky in Kenya with most of the hookers having HIV. Not really a sex tourist destination.

Florida 2000 club.
Entrance: 180-250/
Beers are about 100/ Soda is about 40/
Very cool club playing mixed music. Usually pop/r&b. Great location to pick up girls, basically a meat market and you get to pick and choose. Things to note, kissing is allowed in the club but getting frisky is generally not allowed. There's loads of security, which is good. Prices vary but expect to pay for 1000/. Discuss price BEFORE you leave with the girl. Keep in mind that this is for all night! One hell of a bargain. The location is in downtown Nairobi; everyone knows about Florida so don't worry about directions. Also, be sure to take a taxi after dark. There is a sister club called the New Florida which is essentially the same. Smaller selection but cooler atmosphere (selection usually wins). Girls are very good looking. Nights to go out are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Although it is open every night and there is always something worth picking up.

The Florida is definitely worth a visit. If you do not want to take the girls to your hotel there is a small place nearby (embassy) where you pay another 1000 for a simple but OK room for a couple of hours. That makes then about 3000 to 5000 Kshs for good fun with two girls, the hotel room, entrance to the place, a couple of beers etc....between 40 and 70 USD for the package
