Tons of info are now out there to help you pick the right seat on your next flight.

www.seatguru.com is really good, but doesn't include most international airlines.

http://www.seatexpert.com/index.html and http://www.lovemyseat.com/index.html have configurations for most international airlines.

http://www.airlinequality.com/Product/seats_asia.htm
will actually give you the seat pitch dimensions as well as a bunch of other airline info.
