I just booked my flight. I am surprised it ended up as low as it did. Round trip NWA with using 30, 000 ff miles, $784. 30. I fly out of Rochester, NY at 12:39pm on the 24th and arrive in Pi at 10: 30pm the 25th. 23 hours total, thats pretty good from the east coast. I leave Pi August 5 at 7:45am and get home at 4:29pm the same day (sorta) LOL. The flight actually went down $200. 00 this week.

Northwest has the best flights time wise from north east.

Less than 24 hrs departuring and even less returning back.

And seems the easiest to use FF Miles.
