Cape Town South Africa. THE Labour Appeal Court ruled on Friday that the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) had jurisdiction to hear a case of unfair dismissal lodged by a prostitute who was fired from her job in 2006.
For all you guys coming to the world cup I would be careful under South African Labour law failing to perform carries "stiff" fines.

How can you have a still penalty if you are not stiff, or cannot get stiff? You usually still have to pay.
