When, EVER, has Interpol issued a Red Notice for a WITNESS?

The Swedish prosecutor uses the word rape as often as W used terrorism when he was down in the polls, yet refuses to charge him with the crime. My guess is formal charges require a burden of proof.

I'm not naive to think my government doesn't do shady shit. But the scope of this is disturbing. Diplomats collecting DNA/Fingerprints in the U.N. and what-not...

I wonder what the betting line is on this guy making it through 2011 without somebody from a 3 letter government agency, or a private contractor drilling a hole in his mellon.
