How embarrassing for Obama, one of his close friends just got entrapped in a prostitution sting.

Now Portege and Beachman finally have something factual to criticize Obama about: he has a close friend who sees prostitutes!

First the name -- Titcomb. (Is that Bobby or Booby Titcomb?) I am sure other kids had a field day with his name in school.

Hawaii is the one state where I saw police actually looking out for the street walkers. Rather than arrest them, they told them to go home and put on more appropriate clothes. The reason is simple. Economics. The Japanese men come to Hawaii because of the prostitutes.

As for Obama; running for a position for which he lacked the experience is embarrassing. Having a friend who gets in a little trouble is not something over which he has any control. However, I am sure FoxNews will blow it out of proportion. Right now Obama has a few larger issues on his plate like the budget.

My best friend from high school got arrested at a class reunion for soliciting a prostitute. Was I embarrassed? No.

I'm surprised that anyone on this site would think that getting arrested for soliciting a prostitute is newsworthy regardless of his distant association with the President.

I posted it more or less as a joke albeit one based on a recent event. I didn't think anyone on this site--essentially a site about prostitution--would have thought I was seriously concerned about any embarrassment the fact he has a friend who sees prostitutes might have caused Obama.
