Designed to ferment the types of conspiracies outlawed in the first edition of Big Brother, this latest rendition features a swankier House and a group of integrantes that range from hot ex-Model and current DF socialite Sylvia, to humble street chikle vendor Mauricio...
Toss in the first outfront Gay integrante and a 42-yr old viejo who-- in behavior reminscent of Mormonism's leading Elders-- has sworn off even a taste of alcohol for more than 15 years, and the geniuses at Televisa have actually produced an intriguing "elenco"-- no doubt in spite of themselves...
Mauricio is up for expulsion this coming Sunday (don't even ask me to try to explain the convoluted nomination process), but on a broader level, the consuming question to be resolved is whether or not Televisa's producers release results showing that Mauricio has been voted-out by the public...En la vida real, el pueblo Mexicano would never vote-out Mauricio over the richkids he is nominated with (Carlos, Raquel), but in Televisa's smoke-filled room it already may be thumbs-down for pobre Mauricio...
Televisa, your credibility is on the line, basically...
Let us not forget that there was more than just a bit of whispering regarding the vote-count of Rocio vs. El Rasta in BB1, and of Galilea vs. El Fecundo in BB VIP...El Fecundo in particular was robbed, with a TV Notas poll showing that it was more like 60-40 Fecundo rather than the certified 70-30 Galilea...
Interestingly, Televisa organ "La Oreja" never so much as mentioned the controversy...
In any event, if you are looking to name-drop, mention "Tony MacFarland" (resident Big Brother 2 Galan with an "apellido estadounidense") and watch your favorita's face light-up...

Oscar was actually voted-out by the "Voz del Pueblo," so Televisa is off-the-hook, for now...He is being featured on "Hoy" all this week if you care to indulge in his particular schtick...
Remember, too, that with the Sky Cable package Big Brother is available 24 hours a day, on 5 different channels-- each with a unique perspective within the house...Thus, if your favorita/novia/esposa happens to be a Big Brother fan (most likely), you will have a difficult time selling her on the "Cablemas" cable package in Tijuana...

"He who has ears to hear, let him hear"...
You have been yanking my chain on Big Brother for some time now, but what you seem to forget is that I am actually trying to provide a service to our little community here...
I speak from experience on this one: being able to talk a little Big Brother is *always* a great conversation starter with the chicas, either in the Zona or out...You should see the smiles-- and yes, expressions of wonderment-- when I start talking about El Pato or El Rasta or whoever...
Somebody out there in our little community is listening, I am sure...

Batster:
Tj residence is fine...Problem is that now that the Elders know where we live, we find that they are eating us out of house and home...
But that's okay, of course...

Ahh yes, tonight, of course, is El Grand Final, and despite the recent reapproachement entre Tony, Poncho, y la Chiva, one has, I think, to root for Sylvia and her rather courageous defiance of the equipo of smug, condescending Rich kids that plotted against and eventually kicked out every halfway interesting member of the casa (read: Alejandro, Wendy, Tatiana, and, ultimately, Eduardo)...
Particulary disdainful is Tony, who has basically smirked his way thru his 100 days but who has survived because of his unwavering allegiance to Poncho...Poncho at least has a brain and a will...Tony is a shiftless slug...
My guess as to what happens tonight?...Here, I will give you my very best Adela Micha impersonation: 'Sylvia...Tu no estas nominado'...
Really guys, I think la Chiva wins tonight, pero vamos a ver...
