Do they overseed the golf courses in San Deigo? Anyone know when? Are there golf coursed in Mexico? Anyone have any info? I need to visit and want to schedule my trip for some golf along with a TJ visit.

No overseeding. A lot of fine courses in San Diego area, including PGA tour stops at Torrey Pines in La Jolla(public) and LaCosta(resort).
Mexico courses, Real del Mar just south of TJ on Ensenada toll road near Rosarito. Looks good but never played it.
About 20 mins. further south on same road is a really challenging course, Bajamar, many holes with ocean views. Bring plenty of balls as off the fairways, it's pretty dense brush with a lot of cactus and things that slither on the bellies, have no legs, and rattle their tails. Nice hotel. I believe there is a website and know they have an 800 number with an office in San Diego.
Good luck and hope you save enough time, money and energy to play several holes at Adelitas and Chicago Club/

BlueLight,
Baja golf courses:
Tijuana country club in town, Camino Real just before you get to Rosarito, Baja Mar closer to Ensenada but north of it, and the Baja Country Club about half hour south of Ensenada.
Tijuana is the easiest, then Baja Country Club, then Camino Real, and finally Bajamar. In San Diego you can get a copy of Southern California Golf and they have specials for some of the golf courses.
Camino Real and Bajamar have beautiful views. I think Bajamar now has two golf courses and Camino Real has about 8 holes that have fantastic views of the ocean. Also Camino Real is a very tight golf course.
All have golf carts, Tijuana also has caddies.

thank you very much, not wanting to drive in Mexico. What would be the best way to get to Bajamar or Camion Real? Is there some sort of limo or tour bus available? I played Torre on my last trip - nice course.

Bluelight,
Not really clear about how to get there other than driving. I assume you would be carrying golf clubs.
I'm think other mongers would help you. I do know there are buses at the station at 7th and Revolution that go to Rosarito. Camino Real is about 5 miles before this.
There are some cheap collectivo taxis (I think) that go to Rosarito, possibly you could talk one of them in to dropping you off at Camino Real. They also have a phone number you could call them ast they have a hotel hooked up with them.
Possibly they may pick up people in Tijuana.
If not you could play Tijuana golf course.
