I also got an email from an ex fav. I think the spelling is atrocious and I cannot find a number of these words in the Spanish dictionary. Any help would be appreciated.

The writing style is pretty typical of a lot of e-mails I have received from semi-educated mexicanas. There are a lot of mis-spellings and terrible punctuation. My poor and humble translation would be...
"Hello! I hope you are well. Sorry for not to see (?). I (or you) wrote before but understood a little of all. Now I am in Distrito Federal. I hope to return in one week. I would like to be able to see you again. Don't keep a grudge against me but I don't know what happened. I want to be your friend. Clearly always and when you want. PS - Pardon me for how stupid I have been ok? Love and peace."
