yes you heard an a sound. literally you are saying "from where the senhora is?"

Xenono, check with Sabio on that "a" sound at the end of the sentence. It is written e' and means "is". I hear the woman making the sound as if it were the letter "a" in the word "hat". I think it is slightly difference if I understand Sabio correctly. Listen to the guy use the same word because he gives it a slightly different sound.
