I could not completely understand the time questions. Here is how I heard it.

at what time - a que horas?
at 10 - a dez

The translation tools use em. Does the em just sound like a?

"If you wish" is "se voce quiser".

"At what time" is indeed "a que horas". "But, at what time?" would be "mas, a que horas?"

"At 10 (o'clock)" is "as dez" or "as dez horas" (with a backward accent on the a of as). Similar for "at 4" or any other number except 1: "at 1 o'clock" is "a uma" or "a uma hora" (again with backward accent on the a).

14 is catorze.

em is a translation of at, but not in the time context. em is just a nasalized e (per my post in the previous lesson).

Quiser is pronounced only (key-zair) there is no (zek) sound as in your example "(zek-key-zair)"

Sman, thanks for the quiser pronunciation. I was hearing the zek for some reason at the end of the você and the beginning of quiser so it was sounding like vo-say zek-key-zair to me.
