That got me thinking back to Spanish and the word entonces. I did a search for then and came back with então. Hope that is correct. It sounds like it is being pronounced en-tal)

4. How are we going to go? - Como nós vamos ir?
5. What does "sempre" mean in English? - o que quer dizer sempre em inglês?

Interesting note: I have found it is a lot easier to sit down and type the answers to what I am supposed to be saying rather than try to utter them. If I speak them, I have to think about it and translate it in my mind and then speak the words. If I write it, I just look at the word and type it and it is much easier. I try not to do this too much. I need to learn to speak it Portuguese, not write it. But it sometimes helps.

"Entao" is correct. The "a" (with a tilde) is nasalized, the "o" is pronounced "w", and the a-w syllable is emphasized. There are two other types of syllables that are also pronounced a-w :
1. "am" as in "falam" (they speak) which is nasalized, but not emphasized.
2. "al" as in "tal" (such) which is not nasalized.
