This flick about a couple of con artists is kinda fun. The title refers to a set of stamps that the two guys try to sell, only they are fake stamps. The movie has a few twists and turns. It was shot in Argentina. Hollywood bought the rights for a possible remake(hmm). Avail. on Netflix.com etc.
