A must see! This movie has two hot asian chicks. One of them is Shu Qi, who has done some nude modeling in the past and her pics are on the web. Shu Qi is SOOOOOO hot. Her sister in the movie, Zhao Wei is also very cute.

This movie is Charlie's Angels meets The Matrix meets Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Lots of stunts, well choreographed (in the classic Hong Kong style) fight scenes and must I say again, some awesome asian EYE CANDY!!!

I saw the trailer playing on the big screens on the walls of buildings in Kualar Lumpar. Shu Qi is a hottie(yum yum) from Taiwan who became famous after some nude modeling- nude models rarely become famous or legit in Asia. I used to cum on top of her(in my fantasies).

Zhao Wei is a legit actress from China. A real cutie.

The third girl Karen Mok I don't dig her but maybe some of you will.

What was also cool about this movie was the thinly veiled sexual tension between Zhae Wei (thief/assasin) and Karen Mok (cop). Erotically thrilling on some level.

Shu Qi is as close to perfect as it gets. IMHO, women from Taiwan and Hong Kong are much hotter than the mainland girls.....not sure why. I bought the movie on DVD in Thailand with Shu Qi's only American Movie(forgot the name)...double the Qi. Karen Mok was gorgeous about 5 years ago when she first started doing movies as a leading lady.....in this movie she looks a little older and they tried to dress her down and portray her as a borderline butch lesbian.

Blazers is right..Shu Qi is very close to perfect. When I was watching So Close I was just transfixed on her beauty, sexiness, and charm. It was great to watch a supermodel be able to kick some ass too.

She was turned down for modeling because she was not tall enough. She does look like she might have some Caucasian blood but there's no news/rumour about that that I know of. Some Chinese girls do have that slightly mixed blood look. She has a seductive yet naive look about her. She was cast as Jackie Chan's love interest in a flick called "Gorgeous". It is a love story and Jackie never do love stories and cast her as the female lead. Later she was dating one of Hong Kong's biggest stars/singers/heart-throbs Leon Lai. And from what I understand he was quite in love with her. So it seems she's not just a fluke.

BTW, "Gorgeous" is a boring flick so don't rent it. There's little action and NO nudity. In another flick Hsu Qi won a best supporting actress award.

In "Transporter" she was a damsel in distress(trafficked to be sold as a whore!!!) and white dude Jason Statman(?) is the hero to the rescue. Thankless role for her if you ask me. The flick was directed by action choreographer for some Jet Li's flick(incl. Lethal Weapon 3) and Jackie's "brother"(grew up together) Corey Yuen and produced by Frenchie Luc Besson("The Fifth Element"). White dudes might like to fantasize about being the hero in this ok so-so movie.

On another note, Zhao Wei is in 'Shaolin Soccer'. A wacky comedy that was made a coupla years ago in Hong Kong by comedy star-director-co-writer Stephen Chow and is now getting an American release(dubbed). She was made to look ugly throughout the movie! First as a pimpled face peasant then later with a ton of bad make-up and finally as a bald nun. She actually looks really fine.

I saw Shaolin Soccer a few years ago. My Chinese friends brought the DVD over. I ended up buying it when I was in BKK a few months back. It's not dubbed, but I find the dubbing removes all the joy I get from reading the terrible Chinese-English (aka "Chinklish") on the screen!!
