Although Los Angeles has a pretty good Thai population, there are very few Thai women whom live in the U.S. whom are not tied up with a middle-aged farang. My first suggestion would be to go to your local Thai Wats and meet many people in the community. Within a short period of time, many of the Thai women will be introducing you to their nieces and daughters and will ask you to be the tour guide of their relatives visiting from Thailand. The only other place would be some of the Thai/Lao video stores.

Many of the Thai Wats in Cali have Songkran and Lo Kratong celebrations. Every hot Thai girl comes out of the woodwork for these celebrations. Once you've entrenched yourself in the Thai community, meeting hot young Thai girls becomes easy. Helps to speak some Thai but it is not imperative.
