Spanish I - Unit 23 continued…
1. You believe – cree
2. I don’t remember – no me recuerdo (although it sounded like she said acuerdo)
3. I know where he lives – Sé donde vive
4. What is his address? - ¿Cual es su dirección?
5. The doctor’s address – La dirección del medico
6. He lives far away – Vive lejos
7. It is far away? - ¿Está lejos?
8. It is close? - ¿Está cerca? (Translator used cercano)
9. On California street – En la calle California
10. What is his name? – ¿ Cómo se llama?
11. My name is Juan – Me llamo Juan

Concerning #2 - She may have said "no me acuerdo".
There are two verbs for 'remember' in Spanish: 'acordarse' and 'recordar'. Thus both "no me acuerdo" and "no recuerdo" mean "I don't remember". I'm not sure if there is a difference in meaning, but in my limited experience, 'recordar' refers to remembering (or recalling) events in the distant past (thus "recuerdos" is the word for "memories") and 'acordarse' is used when referring to events of the present (e.g. "Do you remember her name?"). But I could be completely wrong about this. Maybe someone that is fluent can clarify this point.
