Basically this fat man is suing 4 fast food restaurants because he claims he didn't know that the food was unhealthy. He is claiming this contributed to his obsesity and heart attacks.

It's like saying some hombre wanting to sue AB/CC and claiming they liked the sex but didn't know that it could be dangerous for their health.

What the hell isn't it common sense that fast food isn't healthy for you?

The disturbing part is he might win his lawsuit or at the very least get a out of court settlement.

I agree it's a little like that. The difference is in Mexico or in any other country, no one would ever consider filing a case like that because they would be laughed out of court. Here, you can sue for anything and most people do. Think of all the legal fees and court time wasted on cases like this and you can begin to undersand the huge problems with our legal system.

Imagine if restaurants had to post on their wall the dietary content of their menu items, including
*fat
*cholesterol
*sodium
Do you think that would hurt business?
Sorta like a Surgeion General's warning on the side of cigarettes.
The fat man might have a case. Foods like beef, chicken, potatoes are basically bland if they weren't spiced up with awful additives.
I try to avoid those foods before my Zona forays.
I personally don't like to f--- on a full stomach.
Am I alone on this one?

i'm a big fan(and a big man) of fastfood. i think we need a section for us out of towners on where my favorite establishments are on the way home. i seem to find no problem finding mcd's, in and out, jack in the box, but am in search of an arby's close to the 5 going north on 5 on my way home.

i rarely miss a meal, but i do forget to eat often when i'm in tj. something about sitting in a bar with a hottie--i just have a hard time getting up from the table. i would prefer to perform my service with an empty stomach as well.

The possibilities in this are endless. We have already seen the maggots trying to sue gun makers, and sucsessfully suing the tabaco industry. Why not have women who had abortions and now wish they didn't sue the abortion providers? The Nevada gambling industry presents a beautiful target, as does the Alcohol industry. We could also have people sue play station because they are being turned into zombies due to endless game playing. The Porn industry could be sued by rape victims and the diet industry by bulimics.
Everyone is a victim and no one (except evil republicans) is at fault.
