This book is often held up as a great resource for a monger who likes to travel. I would love to get my hands on a copy of this book, but it is nearly impossible to find one. All the normal outlets come up empty. Occasionally I see a used one from some place I've never heard of for more than $100. Thats an aweful lot of $$ for a book.
Does anyone have an extra copy or no longer need theirs or know of a place to find such a treasure???
Of course I'd be willing to pay for it, just not over $100...

Well, after years of searching I finally found the book! One of the searches I signed up for alibris.com emailed me and said they had a book for $150. No thanks. Less than a week later they had it for $50. Thank you very much!
Now I just need to travel again to put this bad boy to use!
