Those of you that already have ecommerce sites probably already know this, but for those considering starting one, there are some new regulations regarding Visa.
Starting November 1st, Visa will begin charging companies that use Internet Payment Service Providers (IPSP’s) such as CCBill for use of the services. The initial registration fee is $750.00 with an annual recurring fee of $375.00.

In other words, Visa wants to get a piece of that pie, so they're trying to force CCBill et al. out, and CCBill will soon sue Visa. Right?
