Golf courses in South America

Need some help from the South American experts out there. If I wanted to get in some golf near Medellin, Cartagena, or Lima can this be done? I know that they don't have many courses and many of them may be private clubs. Any info would be appreciated. I love to play a little golf when I travel and since I am getting a little older I can
do with a little less time on the chicas and a little more on the golf course
