It's a Chinese knock-off of Viagra, called "Vigorous." There was quite a bit of discussion about it in a recent (last 3 months) Indonesia trip report or a related thread, I can't remember exactly where. You can buy it over the counter at pharmacies in China, Indonesia, and probably many other places.
