Great response from Ron Paul. I say no on crackpot but the US isn't ready for such a radical change. Think about how much money is a stake. He wants to disband the IRS and the CIA and pardon all non violent drug offenders. Thats a man with a huge sack. Im surprised the swift boat vets haven't chimed in yet. hehe. The drug game is the biggest racist set up of our time. Reagan pumped in all the drugs in the 80s from South America then declared war on the same drugs he pumped in. He put more black men behind bars then any president. Checkout American Gangster-a and e channel- Ricky Ross episode. Reagan pretty much hooked everybody in the inner cities on crack then he locked up everybody who was doing it and selling it.

Is Richerich a crackpot? Surveys say "fuck yes".

After my last post, I too googled "crackpot" and "Ron Paul" and found to my dismay that some of the most pathetic political commentators on the airwaves--e.g. Bill Kristol--have called Ron Paul a crackpot. I therefore retract my use of that term to describe him.

My new official position is Ron Paul is a nut job. To avoid further embarrassment, I'm going to stay away from google for awhile.

A nut job? maybe, maybe not lets see what the head of the GAO ( Government Accounting Office), the nations accountant, says about the stae of our economy.

According to a recent Playboy survey, republicans are rotten in bed and have to pay for sex, so why don't we see a lot more of them on ClubHombre.

Me thinks it is because republicans are hostile towards brown people and afraid to leave the homeland.

Actually, in order to have sex Republicans do "have to pay for [it]," otherwise, who would want to have anything to do with them?

In contrast, Democrats being prudent, analytic, and exceedingly intelligent people, evaluate the alternatives and from among them CHOOSE to pay for sex as the best alternative.

Thus the poll results.

Of course, I know this begs the question of whether it is really possible to have sex without ultimately paying for it, but let's not overcomplicate the matter.

At this point, I think you seriously need to ask yourself "Does it really matter WHO the GOP puts up to run for President?"

As a whole, the Republican party has really hit the skids. They're deeply suffering from a very poor current President. And no one in the field of current presidential candidates appear to strongly carry all three of the most popular (among republican) themes: security, social conservatism, and economic conservatism.

As a result, members of the grand old party are not visiting the polls, nor are they supporting their current crop of candidates financially. A smaller democratic field has to-date raised $245 million, the GOP candidates combined have collected about $168 million. In Iowa and New Hampshire the republican turnout greatly lagged behind the dems.

As I commented earlier in this thread, Hilary Clinton has the way fairly well paved for her party's nomination.

Today marks exactly one year before the next presidential inauguration. It seems as if we very likely will see a woman as our 44th president.

Only 366 more days under the Bush Regime. Now that's something to be happy about.

Are you sure there's not a Left Behind novel that leaves us with under 200 days?
