My company gives me only one vacation option: The week and a half or so between December 21 and New Years.

Unfortunately, as you no doubt know, that is when the most expensive air fares of the year show up :-(, therefore limiting my travel options.

I'd like to dip my toe into the mongering experience, although as you can see I'm incredibly inflexible as to when I can travel. Worse, everyone else is trying to travel at the same time, and airfares are nightmarish (for instance, it would cost me almost $1,000 to get to Rio and $700 for San Jose (Costa Rica) from LAX. And those are if I go on the first Monday after the 21st).

Obviously, TJ is the cheapest and easiest travel, but I'm a bit wary after reading a lot of the reports - it seems that most of the chicas really aren't that good, and everything is very hit and miss unless I research individual chicas obsessively using the ZRG, and only play with chicas I know from it.

I'm much more interested in having a girl overnight and enjoying her multiple times than having 15 minute quickies, which seems to rule TJ out, unless there's a different scene there that's not documented that well here.

What would be a realistic budget for a week in Costa Rica, with a decent chica-friendly hotel and an ample supply of the ladies?

Are there any other countries I should consider, within my rough parameters? I was thinking about Rio or Columbia but the airfare is really high.

If i had to go this time of year,i think i would go to a non christian country.Try thailand.Its going to be expensive no matter where you go, just that time of year.Worst isgetting there,and a shortage of women gone for the holidays.I'd hunt a new job.Vacation schedule like that really sucks.

If you have a week and a half and likes female company overnite, do not go to TJ. Do you like Asian women? Or Latinas? I think Thailand is not a bad place. Besides once you get there everything is much cheaper. Spend some time reading this board and I'm sure you can come to your own conclusion.

Since you are, I presume, based out for LAX -

LAX-BKK: Thailand, just avoid large crowded places.

Manila: No Language problem, yet good sampling.

These will satisfy your long-term (over-night) needs. You can be adventurous and make sde trips to Cambodia, Vietnam ....

Go to Rio...the extra you pay in airfare should be made up somewhat by the favorable exchange rate (about 3.5 to 1)...to put it in perspective, when I was there in August, I was getting about 3.12 Reals to the dollar...this made beers about 40 cents in a restaurant, packs of cigarettes about 70 cents, you can find a nice place to stay (apartment is cheaper) for about 30-40 bucks a night and most importantly, you can negotiate all nighters for about 50 bucks U.S. on average (less if you are decent looking, have some negotiating skills, and are patient)...I haven't been on many mongering trips, but Rio BLEW MY MIND...btw, new years in rio is supposed to be phenomenal...
