There is a joke about bad Filipino and Filipina karaoke singers strangling cats at all hours of the night around here somewhere, but this is not it.
It is actually a pretty cool story. But I imagine Steve Perry loyalists/purists will not approve.

This guy is an insult to Steve Perry. Sure, its decent for karaoke but there is a reason why there hasnt been a pure Filipino lead singer in a major pop or rock band, they cant sing. And, no, you cant count half/half's like Nicole Sherzinger(sic)...not that she is a great singer.
Journey is going to know they made a big mistake when they people dont go to their concerts and the best they can do is a Filipino festival in National City.
