I know it sounds strange but after 25 + years of hobbying I don't think there is anything I want to do that I have not already done.

My highest first-class desire is that Continental Air install flat beds in their international first class cabin just like practically every other airline is now doing. It's great that their service is better than most of the other US-based airlines, but their international first-class seats suck big time.
