I was curious. I see the Chavezes and the Ortegas ransacking their economies. But I'm wondering if the poverty this creates leads to a better mongering environment for us. Venezuela has some damn pretty women. I'd love to be the winner of Chavez's failed policies...

Well...indirectly. Political instability produces economic instability (investors pull out)....therefore poverty reigns. A healthy and permissive attitude to sex also helps.
