Sorry to break the rules here as this is not a trip report but I could not find decent, up to date information in the Men's Health section.
Most Hombres read this section first so I am trying to get the best consensus by posting here.

I am only 46 years old, but on most of my monger trips I find that I can muster only one leche a day! Usually takes me at least 8 hours to get rev'd up again, so I don't even think about TLN. And when I do get sleepovers, that's what I end up with ... a sleeping companion!
On my most recent trip to Medellin, the most sessions I had in a day was 3 (2 30min casa sessions + 1 ST session) and I saved the leche for the ST session which ran slightly over the hour. But my norm is one session with leche per day
After the first 4 days, I had to medicate (half a 20mg Cialis pill). Into the 8 day, I had to take some bootleg Viagra (quarter of 100mg pill) because I ran out of C. I hate V as they don't last like C & so I had to continue medicating every other day then after! V gives me a wicked headache also. After each nut, I now drift off and need a nap!
A fellow guest at CB1 who must have been 10 years my senior was sessioning 3-4 times a day in the centro casas and then banging another couple of mansion girls. I wasn't comfortable to ask him how he did it, so I am asking on this board. Most Hombres posting here request "2 leches" from their dates, I would like to be able achieve this without getting a 'heart attack'.
How can I improve my stamina and drive? I know I can achieve 'wood' with ED pills but what can I use for more energy ... safely? All recommendations are welcome.

Uhmm... I don't know if you are fat or not but... LOSE WEIGHT.
I had lost ALLOT of weight and noticed an INCREDIBLE difference.
I asked my doc and he noted that "fat holds allot of estrogens" and excessive estrogens can... *ahem* interfere with wood and libido.
Also, at 46, you are at the age where testosterone production is falling and, as is natural, increasingly converted by the body to estrogen... So...
Get rid of the fat and the body has less space to put it.
Also, "leche" or more accurately seamen production occurs in the Prostrate gland. A Happy Prostrate means lots of "leche". Once again, 46 is around the beginning of the ride done the backside so talk to your Urologist and see him for an exam to make sure everything is hunky dory... oh... and uhm... get ready for the "Prostrate digital examination". Google that to find out. You will be asking yourself. "Is this guy for real and WHY does HE want to do THAT.
Now folks have all sorts of "Herbal This's and That's" to help support the good ole Prosty Gland, I take "TruNature Prostrate Health Complex" that I get from Costco. It has Saw Palmetto, Zinc, Lycopene and Pumpkin Seed. My doc said, "It wont hurt anything" and my Dad took it.
Lastly, get checked for Diabetes. A slowdown of pecker power is an early sign.

Its been a few years but, let me put back on my Trainer hat real quick..
I lift 5 times a week which gives me a huge amount of blood flow, increased endorphins and equal testosterone distribution..
I used to juice back in the day and having all that test in your body makes you think about sex non stop and you seriously become a machine..
My advice is to talk to you doctor before you ask one of these knuckleheads ;)
Ask him about HGH Human Growth Hormone that a lot of men your age are taking for that extra pep in your step.
So the obvious things are diet (you are what you eat, literally)No sat fat,no greasy food limit your carb intake, eat high protien (your protien rario should be 1 gram per 1.5 bodyweight) Never drink pop, only juices and a lot of water (I drink about a gallon a day) The high protien synthesis will help you heal faster and have better/faster recovery..
The break up of becoming healthy or seeing results is 20% gym 80% diet and what you do, and don't, eat...

When I pumped iron, did cardio and had proper diet, I felt and fucked better. In recent years I have gotten lazy and it shows, around the gut and the libido.
My diet was also low fat high protein. 220 lbs and 10% body fat at age 50.
I wanted more sex then when I was in my Thirties.
I started getting lazy, not eating properly and no excercise. Things changed.
Joseph is correct excess fat will bring borderline diabetes and a host of other problems that will kill the libido. Enlarged prostate is another.
You can use the v and the c but if I were you, I would start with a good diet and excercise program. You will be amazed with the results.

Nothing is better than diet, exercise and rest. For me personally, drinking lots of alcohol kills my sexual performance. Remember that alcohol is a depressant. Prolong usage of ED drugs will raise blood pressure and wears you down. If I am traveling on a trip, I forget all the problems back home. Stress kills all the sexual fun.
It is natural after sex (and ejaculation), that your body's hormones shift radically and feel fatigued. You will have lower dopamine levels and higher prolactin levels. You could try one of those anti-stress formulas (mostly consisting of B-vitamins and L-tyrosine). There is a drug called Dostinex that affects the refractory period. It works very well, but it very expensive -- about $200 on the gray market.
As for drive or libido, that is mostly mental. Seeing hot girls drives me crazy; seeing fat workplace women makes want to shoot myself. I think some of the men's formulas work a little, seems most contain Yohimbe. Your testosterone levels are certainly not where they were 20 years ago. Some type of HRT may be in order.
Taking Cialis/Viagra everyday is not a good idea and as you have already experienced -- headaches because of increased blood pressure. You might want to read up on Nitric Oxide (NO). There are supplements like L Arginine alpha ketoglutarate. It is not an ED drug, but taking 3-5grams of it will definitely give you wood.
You are basically speaking about having lowered drive, performance and stamina. A good healthy regime is better than anything. You can take some aforementioned supplements which do work to a certain degree. If you want to go the drugs-route, then you can go with Cialis, Testosterone/HGH, and Dostinex.
It may seem a little silly, but I know of guy who is 60. He practices yoga, breathing and taoist principles. The guy fucks 4-5 girls a day. He claimes he has controlled his body to orgasm without ejaculating and attributes this for not getting fatigued. Check out the book "multi-orgasmic man". It has been around for years and there still solid principles in there.

I have been taking 7-keto-DHEA (3-acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone), in capsules, from Life Extension Foundation (lef.org). It apparently metabolizes to testosterone or a derivative, to make up for what aging is doing to our bodies.
Last trip where I had all I could eat (a couple years ago in AC), I was doing 3 or 4 nuts a day at age 63. I also work out more or less regularly.
The 7-keto-DHEA definitely makes a difference.

Look at your vitals first. Go visit any CVS pharmacy with a bp machine and jump on. You should have a heart rate under 70, BP of less then 110/70. Next jump on the scale, the weight should be as close as possible to the ideal weights on the usual medical tables. What is your waist size? Can you look down and see your dick? When someone takes a photograph of you does a fat chin appear in the picture?
I would say forget about so called "medications" and work on your health first. If you are looking for a miracle pill then that tells me you are lazy. Dont be lazy, start getting athletic and stop eating huge plates of food.

Have you tried Levitra? Unlike Viagra, you don't get the heat rush from increased circulatory functions. I tried it the first time a few weeks back. No side effects for me except a little nasal congestion. The 20 mg dosage kept Mr Happy in the hunt for well over 24 hours. I preferred it over Cialis.

Your own health is the most important thing. If you exercise and are fit, your body will be capable of having sex more often.
If you are fit, a quick medical check up may be in order to make sure there is nothing amiss. One thing you may want to consider is having your sperm count and/or testosterone levels checked. Some men naturally have a lower sperm count / testosterone levels than others. This does affect your sex drive. Simply speaking, we're all different, and for some people having sex 3-4 times a day is natural, for others having sex once every two days is natural.
Is does not signify anything is wrong. If this is the case for you, it may be a good idea to talk to your urologist/doctor about something that may increase your sex drive. (Viagra / Cialis etc won't do that)

Top, what dosage of V have you tried? You may do better with a much lower dosage. I've found - through trial and error - that about 15mg does it for me. It's a bitch cutting a standard 50mg into quarters - or shaving down the much larger 100mg pills - but I've found zero side effects at that dosage and still get the full effect. I've never taken a full 50mg, probably the most I've had was 30-35mg - the bigger half of a split pill. But, the couple of times I've taken that much, I have gotten the heat rush a few minutes after taking it.
I chew mine, so the reaction is pretty fast. When I'm in Rio I dose up every day, and some days I even do a booster shot for the evening session. I've never had any side effects other than the heat rush. No headaches, no seeing blue, none of that stuff.

Here's a tip that I got from a fellow monger. If you think about it, sperm is a liquid and so it makes sense that if you are not well hydrated that you will have less sperm. So his advice was to be well hydrated. The recommendation is usually to drink 8 8oz cups of liquid per say. Stay away fro alcohol because that dehydrates you.

Thanks gentlemen. This is a good discourse that I believe could help a lot of lurkers as well. I am not too embarrassed to ask so I appreciate the non-judgmental responses.
I currently stand 5' 8" and weigh 140lbs. I am self-employed but can't afford health insurance so no doctors or specialists to see at the moment. My last full physical was 4 years ago at one of the Pattaya hospitals. Everything was rated fine. Even the stress test (running on the treadmill). Cholesterol was very low as well!
My exercise is doing a lot of walking. No Gym regime to speak of.
I don't drink alcohol except when I am on my trips and even then I don't like to get drunk.
I am not on any diet to speak of. I stay away from fast food and eat multiple small meals each day. I don't drink sodas while at home, but sometimes I do on my trips because iced teas are not available in country. I guess I should drink more water.
For my 14 days in Medellin, I took ED medications only on 5 separate occasions.

On my last trip, I had to giveaway a bunch of knockoff V pills because they had expired. It's been a long time since I ordered any ED meds online.

Just a couple of comments...
I've done some self-experimenting to try to boost my number of pops while on a mongering trip. I never wrote up the results, but here are a few things I remember.
Dostinex: It inhibits prolactin which is what causes the refractory period after orgasm. Dostinex did decrease that refractory time for me, but it also removed that "Ahhhh..." feeling and the warm glow after orgasm. No hormones were released upon ejaculation, so ejaculation could occur again soon, but since no hormones were released, the brain did not have as much pleasure. So... sure you could come again, but it would be just as unsatisfying as the last time.
For me, the best thing to clear the prolactin and oxytocin from my brain after orgasm, so I can have another shot is ... sleep. Even a 30-min nap can make me ready to go again. I don't understand the brain chemistry of sleep, but this way I get all the pleasure of a full hormone blast, and a quick nap clears it and let's me come again soon.
seminal fluid: Alot of the feeling of orgasm comes from shooting juice. I've found that even if there is no sperm in the juice (due to coming so frequently), if there is a good volume of juice, then you feel a good powerful orgasm. The production of this seminal fluid by the various glands (Cooper's, Prostrate, etc) is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. This system is enhanced by things like caffeine and theobromine (think heart rate, eye-dilation, and needing to take a shit). Enhancing your sympathetic nervous system will cause you to produce more juice faster. Just as an aside, these substances will often cause you to want to take a shit because intestinal movement is also controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. This may be why coffee is often served after a meal... a "digestivo".
Fuck without coming: I know this sounds stupid but I learned this from the great Merlin. Sometimes on a mongering trip you pop some C or V and have a nice woody, and you want that wood to be inside a cutie. This has been a vexing problem for me as well, so I'm glad to read this discussion and will follow some of the advice about diet, hydration, and rest in particular. I don't have much wisdom on this but I can at least offer some empathy. I'm also like Topfotog, it seems I'm good for one or two a day for a few days and after that it's not always predictable. I'm 55 in decent shape, don't smoke but drink probably more than I should (there's room for improvement there).
It's not lack of libido but I hit a wall after a several days of two or three pops a day maximum on a trip and I don't always pop with everyone either. She's there, I want her, but nothing's happening. I've tried V, C, or L but they don't seem to have much effect at that point. It's frustrating and also difficult to explain to the girl (especially in a foreign language) that it's not her and something to do with physiology or my head.
I don't get nearly enough at the home front so also I think it's also asking a lot to go from ten mph to eighty without much practice. There's also a lot of self imposed pressure to nail as many girls as possible during an all too brief time that comes for me but once or twice a year. So knowing your limits, giving yourself a break, and pacing might be a good thing too. I should work on practice girls at home too, lol.
I also think some are more sexual athletes than others. I don't remember a time in my life that I could do tremendously much better.
I'm going on a trip to Peru next week. It's too late for much exercise but I'll see how it goes and try not to stress out about it or anything else (maybe the best advice of all).
