My recent visit to a urologist, complaining of typical aging urinary problems (intense urges to piss but then incomplete bladder emptying) resulted in my taking home a bottle of Rapaflow capsules to try out.
I started taking them, but noticed some unusual and unexpected sexual side effects: 1) easier and more frequent orgasms, 2) with no ejaculate at all.
Anyone else have any experience with this?
I am not sure whether I'd want to be having these effects on a mongering mission....

Hunterman,
Your frequent urges to urinate and empty your bladder are due to two things: an enlarged prostate and getting older. If you haven't done so, check/test for BPH. Benign enlargement of the prostate is common as you get older. Definitely check to make sure you don't have prostate cancer!
Urologist's generally issue a Rx to reduce the symptoms, the most common being Uroxatral and Proscar. Almost all of the med's have the side effect of less semen. Hell, that's just less for them to swallow or drip out! In any case, it's something that's not going away on it's own.

Untreated sleep apnea can cause this type of symptom as well, particularly if the problem is greatest at night. But many urologists don't seem to know this or ignore this fact.
