If that was TwinLabs brand of HGW, it's a damn good price... I haven't tried the stuff long enough to tell if it gives me any more of an urge or extra lift ;o)..

Arginine is good to create more semen as I recall from what I've read.. Peanut butter is high in arginine.. Side effect is it can cause cold sores, fever blisters, herpes outbreaks if taken in high doses and not offset with Lysine..

Hi! I just got lucky and bought some dry HGW leaves from a Chinese Drugstore in Chinatown Bangkok! Anybody know how to use the raw dry weed? My guess is to make a hot tea, but at what dosage? How many gramm dry leaf with how much water to cook for how long? Or should i better ground the leafs to make powder? Would be not easy i guess... But if so, how much to eat? They dont sell HGW capsules in Thailand, so i thought i give it a a try with the leafs themself.
I am aware that this are very specific questions, but maybe i am lucky and somebody know something how to use them???

What was the name the herbalist told you it was called, or did they just call it HGW?

The Chinese-Shop did not know HGW, but i found it in his Drug Library under the botanical name: Epimedium segittatum
Got a bulk pack of dry leafs, they sell it by the ounce i guess, about 40 Gramms, nicely packed by hand and sure straight from China...
I used about 10 Gramm and cooked/simmered them with some water for about 1 hour, then i did drink some of the essence.
Sorry to say but i could no see any effect until now, maybe the dose is too low, i dont know...
I made another (still ongoing) experiment mixed the used leafs together with some more fresh ones in some Wodka, and after about a week i hope to get some better effect with this alcohol-extraction.
Bye the way, this leafs are very hard and even after one hour cooking they where hard. So it seems not to be useful to eat them as they are...
If anybody has experience how to use the HGW leafs, please let me know...!

Dry HGW: After sniffing around Chinatown for a couple of hours, I managed to find a herbalist who knew what the hell I was talking about. Every other vendor just gave me a blank look when I asked them about horny goat weed, even after describing its purported effects. Well, my new friend, the tea vendor, had plenty of the dried leaves. They look sorta like bay leaves, only bigger and darker.

Here's what he told me to do:

Take a very large pinch, or very small handful, about a third of an ounce, and drop it into boiling water. Keep it boiling for at least five minutes. You can add a dried plum if you want to improve the taste. I boiled it for at least ten minutes, poured off the liquid, added more water and brewed up another batch. It made about three cups altogether. The taste was not memorable at all. Not unpleasant; sort of like a weak tea. He told me to drink it at night so you have energy the next day.

Further reports as the experiment continues.

I bought HGW (yin yang ho) in a Chinese shop and tried it out. Made the tea as described before, but did not feel and results of this.
I then grounded the leaves with a coffee-grinder to powder, and did filled the powder in some empty capsules, eat about 3 piece/day and after about one week i started to worked out, i really got more frequently horny and i also had more "feelings" during Sex. The "more" in feelings was really amazing, so for sure this was no placebo effect!
Seems like the goats where right to eat the leaves instead of making a tea from it ?!
No side effects by the way...
Only problem seems to be that most Chinese even dont know HGW as yin yang ho, they told me some other name but sorry i did forgot, will ask them again next time...

Goats don't make tea, eh? Well, after making several pots of tea over the past two weeks, I don't notice any change in my condition (not that I have a condition, mind you). I'm tempted to try your trick Pattayaner. I don't have any capsules, so it looks like I'll be downing the stuff straight (make a paste, hold my nose and swallow). In any event, I'll ask the china pharmas about ying yang ho.

Yeah thats right, Goats usually don't drink tea *ggg*! So i still use the method to ground the leaves and eat about three capsules a day, results are very good so far, but i cant tell exactly if its from HGW only, because i drink also several health teas and eat for example Ginseng daily, which should also be useful but may of course difuse the results of my HGW tests a bit...
Anyway, talking about tea, does anybody of you ever tried the "famous" Chinese tea called " Eight treasures"? Its said to be useful to enhance the Libido of man and women...
Didnt got it yet, but will try again in the near future to find it in Bangkok-Chinatown...
By the way, if anybody comes to Pattaya, you are welcome to visit me at my new opened Herb Shop in Soi 5 of 2nd road, thats the small Soi in Second road, after the CALTEX gasstation and opposite the entrance of the Hardrock Cafe.
