Mens Health
A while back, someone cautioned against BB anything, saying all it would take would be one vengence-minded HIV positive creep, and he would (indirectly) cut a swath through the monger community......
So today I visited the county clinic for the results from my "it's been six months since I did that (very) scary chica from Hotel Najera" HIV test. I was lucky and feeling a little happy, then it happened.... The "social worker/nurse/whatever" that gave me my results ask me if I had been visiting the zona, and I said "yes". She cautioned me to be careful because she has one "patient" that is HIV POSITIVE that, since finding out, has screwed (literally AND figuratively - I guess) 50 (that's FIFTY !) chicas bareback in the zona.
Did she say it to scare me ? If so, it worked ! Truth or fiction I can not say. But I do know that's what she said to me.

She should have turned him in. He should be locked up.. Don't know if they can do anything though as it's based on word of mouth and the dirty deeds were done in TJ to "providers".. If his/her story is true..
Makes one think twice about going BB...

On 2nd thought, this should be considered an act of terroism on the TJ mongering community.. Maybe we should tip off the FBI?

FYI, HIV testing is protected by specific confidentiality laws that are sticter than normal doctor/patient privelege. So whoever gave you this "info" was probably trying to change your "evil ways", or risked losing their license.

Scare tactics. I know many sires that have been mongering for a long (I mean a Looong time) time without any STD problems.

It's illegal in this country to have sex when you are HIV positive without informing your partner beforehand. The punishment is pretty stiff if I remember correctly. I doubt Mexico has similar laws, but U.S. health care providers are required to report serious crimes if they become aware of it.
Doctor/Patient privilege does not apply in this case. Next time you see that health worker, ask her if she has reported the so-called monger to the authorities.

Apt responses, every one. Like I said, "Did she say it to scare me ?".

Healthcare providers are required to report domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse, threats of murder and suicide. That's it.
Trust me ,I am one. They are not permitted to reveal sexual conduct of anyone unless court-ordered.

Any nurse who reveals someone else's behavior without (a) corroboration, (b) that other person's consent, (c) a good reason ... is out of line. There are "verifiable studies" and other stuff she can quote to scare you. But just spouting something about a no-name killer with a hook on his hand ... geez. I'd report her to her superiors.

ALWAYS use a bag for EVERYTHING, including for a BJ. Avoid kissing. Even with those precautions there is some risk. Why take anymore? There is no such thing as safe sex with our lovely paid ladies....but safer sex. I often visit Nuevo Laredo boystown and seeing the locals drive/walk around looking for "dates" is scary enough. Just remember that you are sticking it in the same hole(s).
