I just discovered fitday.com and it is certainly worth a thread of its own. Once you sign up for a free account, you use the site to record your daily intake and output levels. It may take a few minutes to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straight-forward.
The site is particularly useful for the Atkins crowd as it gives you the carbohydrate breakdown of all your foods. Using it over a few weeks will provide you with several reports to track your progress. Highly recommended!

I find it to be very complicated. If there were a list of all the foods, so you could just click them in. But I don't know my gram or ounce sizes of portions. How do you find that out?

Actually, there is a list. Yeah, it looks a bit daunting at first, but HEY, if you can figure out how to navigate ClubHombre.com, FitDay is a piece of cake (so to speak).
I find the "search" function a bit of a pain. It's easier to use the "browse" function. From the drop-down, find the catefory of the food you want, click the GO! button and just drill down. When you find what you're looking for, click the "Add" button to put it on your list.
You next have to contend with the serving sizes. I much prefer using liters and grams, but FitDay (being US-based) uses ounces and cups a lot more.
So, how much did you eat? Well, if you've ever spent a lot of time cooking, you can guestimate pretty well. If not, short of taking a scale to your table, you should just get comfortable with the volume of a measuring cup and use it for comparison.
One useful tip is to use fractions of servings. For example, I had a few tablespoons of sour cream last night. The only serving size listed was "cup" so I entered 0.25 cups.
