Does anyone have any information on the Chinese Herb FO-TI... A have a friend of mine who is a doctor who recommended that I start taking these 2 tablets a day. His Statement was if you are going to have an extradionary amount of sex this will keep you full of semen and instead of shooting blanks so to speak will keep the juices spewing.. I have noticed a significant increase in the amount of fluid ejaculated after taking this herb and was wondering if anyone else had any information regarding it..
Thank you.

Hmm. This may be one to add to the supplement list. I don't have any direct experience with it, but I'll give it a try soon. Thanks for the info!

I have done a little investigation on this. It appears that Fo-Ti is associated with Tantric principles, where the idea is to conserve chi. In this context, according to the website I found with a yahoo search, that means conserving ejaculate. This is not exactly the way I prefer to go with the chicas. The more leche the better.

What i did find out is that FO-TI is actually a useful herb to support new hair growing, and enhance hair color (Translated chinese name means like Mr. Wu´s hair turned black...) so it has nothing to do with the amount of sex or anything similar...
Fo-Ti = (He Shou Wu) = Rudix Poligony Multiflori
Greatings!

Fo Ti or Ho Sho Wu is in a catagory of the herbs
reffered to as blood tonics.
Radix Polygonum multiflorum is the correct latin botanical name.
It is a very valuable herb and can blacken hair if taken over a long period of time. It is also very important as a anti aging medicine and immune boosting agent.
It doesn't directly boost libido but may increase it indirectly over a period of time by promoting overall vitality.
It can increase volume of semen noticibly in a shorter period of time.
Fo Ti is considered in some schools of thought as being more valuable than Ginseng and usually at a lesser price.
Caution using this herb if you are over weight.
