USA: 0.61%
Mexico: 0.29%

God to remember though that these are probably stats for the general population - sex workers will most likely have higher rates - for example in cambodia the stats from a few years ago were: Army and Police: less than 5%
Sex Workers: less than 40% (or it may have been even more)
