War Wound is the term I use for minor damages that happen to the equipment in the course of regular action, things like skin rubbed raw from a bunched-up condom (tire burn), an abrasion from a little too much teeth during a bj, a small fingernail cut on the scrotum (clawed balls), and so on. These things can be a real disappointment when off on an expedition and planning lots of action. I’m hoping my fellow mongers can shares their methods in how to deal with these inconveniences. Here’s a few that I use.
Antibiotic ointment: either neosporin or the triple-antibiotic ointments all the US drugstore chains carry. The good thing about these is they heal things up fast, sometimes in only a few hours. However, I notice that this leaves the surrounding area that it was applied to more delicate, and thus easily irritated by further action.
Iodine: it works, it stings, and usually requires taking a day off from action.
Hot bath in epsom salts: while this may feel good, it requires a bathtub and usually taking a break for a day or two.

I second the Neosporin. Worked wonderfully well for me a couple of trips ago.

Usually to deal with the rubber thing I use a silicon based lubricant. I know the condoms come with lubbie, but it always seems not enough for me so I use not drying silicon lube. It has worked like a charm every since.
In the event of a cut or scrap, Neo is the best way to go. Also peroxide is a good thing to have also, it doesn't burn as bad and is a great way to clean before apply neo.
To deal with the sensitivity, ALOE IS THE WAY TO GO!!!! Nature's true healing medicine. You should be able to find it in the drug store with no problem. Apply some and let it go to work.

I have always had problems in this area when travelling to SEA. On my last trip I did the following two things and had no problems. First, put condoms on yourself. I don't know what it is but when they teach these girls to put them on they teach them to pull down as hard and tight as possible. Maybe some of you are into that but not me. Second, use a cream called ASADA at any sign of possible distress. I had no problem finding it in Cambodia or LOS. Even after a bad "teething" it worked for me everytime overnight.

I recommend carrying a small tube of Neosporin for just such reasons. I have had a girl get over zealous during oral sex, and like everyone has mentioned, the application of Neosporin is the best for quick relief and healing. ![]()
