A lot of hype about a lot of products out there from capsules to sprays under the tongue.. I think most are hype, some may help to stimulate Human Growth Hormone but from what I gather there is an easy and CHEAP way that works just as well.
L-Glutamine 500mg capsules, take one at bedtime and one first thing in the morning. This is a free form amino acid and is VERY CHEAP compared to all these other hyped up cocktails...

One very popular late night talk show host advertises a product called "ultimate HGH". It is an herb based product that supposedly activates the production of HGH.
I think it is pure BS. It is just a modern form of snake oil.
I have read the most effective way to produce natural HGH is to exercise. My own opinion is, as part of that exercise is to include the chicas. There is nothing like making a guy feel young by being with young women.
Now if the snake oil salespeople came up with a way to put simulated chicas in an herb pill, then maybe I would believe in it.

Diego: Re: Art Bell, I like the nights when callers phone-in with ghost stories...I find them rather plausible relative to some of his other stuff-- which admittedly can be kind of "out-there"...
Those ghost stories, tho, never fail to majorly spook the crap out of me...

The injection of HGH is the only one that really works. Handle with care.

and the injection type (saizen) is quite expensive;
about $800 over a years time.
But it does work, along with a good exercise programme.
also, anyone try provirom tablets?

I paid $8.97 for 100 caps of 500mg L-Glutamine, hehe.. Of course it may not be as effective but it is supposed to encourage the production of HGH.. Colostrum does as well..

I think the $8,000 annual estimate is high. At least for me it's more like $3,500. That's one daily injection, so if you want two, the $8,000 is in the ballpark. I started several months ago and notice increased energy and amazing sleep. I believe it takes as much as six months for all the benefits to be realized. HGH is one of the many hormones I'm replacing under the guidance of an MD. You see...I need it because I'm getting older. I'm also replacing testosterone, DHEA, and melatonin but they are lots cheaper than the HGH. The testosterone is amazing. I use the prescription cream, twice a day, rather than the injection. This all started when a friend turned me on to a good book called " Resetting the Clock" by Elmer Cranton M.D. and William Fryer. I had Amazon send it to me, about $12. It may be a little out of date now but the overall gist of hormone replacement therapy is there and very powerful.

Masomenos:
thanks for the feedback:
the $8k a year is buying it in 15 day supply at a time. ( over the internet). are you getting it from your doctor? any discount that way?
I notice a lot of good things from it.
one thing ( you too) is my sense of smell is way too good now, I notice a lot of "stinky" people I never noticed b4.
How is the creme working for you? thats on my list of things to try also.
Do you get much exercise? that combined with the hgh is really benifical.

I'm guessing you are looking for performance enhancement.
Better to get your levels checked first before starting any regimin.
I like 10% testosterone cream with chrysin added.
apply 2 times a day as diected will really put lead in your pencil.
Best to buy in the states from a reliable compounding pharmacy.
The clinical results I have seen from somatropin therapy has been very dissappointing and exspensive...
