Amazingly efficient, very professional staff, some english (I think enough for you to be understood), good prescriptions, farmacias anywhere will fill - contrary to other reports, SOME medicines can only be bought with "receita" (prescription). At least that's whay they SAY, so perhaps I'm just being too cautious - after all, in Brasil there's always "um jeitinho" (a way around)
