Well after a week of phase two there is little to report. I lost arund 1-2 pounds for the week so the loss has slowed down considerably, but still fairly rapid. There are large day-2-day fluctuations, up to +/- 2 pounds day to day as well.
Eating has remained pretty much the same as phase 1, except I added 1 or two slices of whole wheat/oat bread and some low fat yogurt to the daily mix.
It was a hectic week traveling, so the exercise routine will ramp up tomorrow.
overall so far 3 weeks and 14 pounds lost.

nice work in dropping the wt. What does your diet consist of anyways? I read a few threads within, but i can't seem to find where you outline what you eat, how much you eat, and when.

I follow south beach's recommended food list, which is pretty common sense (low carb, LOW sugar). I eat as I normally do- 3x a day, but I make sure I have a mid morning, mid afternoon, and evening snack (e.g., moz cheese stick, celery and P&B, cottage cheese, yogurt, frozen non sugar popsicle, etc).
There is no limit to how much-- I can eat as much as I want in order to feel full. It's more of eating the right things vs. limiting how much I eat. I don't count calories or anything like that..
I'll keep an outline of what I eat for a few days this week and post it.
