According to the Washington Post, Gov. Mark R. Warner signed an emergency order prohibiting the Virginia Medicaid program from paying the costs of Viagra and other prescription erectile dysfunction drugs for 52 men registered as violent sex offenders.

So, I guess these convicts won't be doing hard time...
