What do you guys think which is better?

Scooby, there's been a ton written about this on the board... There are a lot of varying opinions, but most seem to prefer cialis due to less side effects and longer duration. I've now tried all 3 (levitra included), and find that nothing packs a wallop for me like viagra, but then again it also packs quite a headache and popping a nut can be a chore.

I prefer C over V. C lasts longer in my system. V always gave me a headache.

Does anybody know what would happen if you popped a 20 mg Cialis early in the day and one hour before sex took 50 mg of Viagra ?

That's a combination I have used with no problems or side affects. I am in my late fifties and in excellent health. Works fine for me!

Viagra is what you want for that "hardon that won't quit" (at least for a few hours). For me Cialis is more like being 19 again.

Have you taken either of the two before?

I had a little different reaction to Viagra & Cialis. Cialis did not work very good for me either did the generic Viagra they sell in Colombia. I've had the best results with non-generic 100mg Viagra it gives me a hard on that won't quit. It has a sideeffect of wireing me up a bit but I can live with that. I have never tried Levitra maybe next time.

The Viagra is for that somewhat immediate erection and result. Above someone else used the analogy of "C" as high octane and "V" as nitrous and it is a good one. I like to take a "C" every other day and "V" at night, seems to keep everthing in fine working order....

My Urologist told me not to use Viagra the same day as Cialis. He said it might drop my blood pressure precipitously.
I'm still tempted to try it. Has anybody else tried Cialis and Viagra in the same day ?

Of course he told you that. There are no studies done on the compination and if you had a stroke you'd probably sue his ass.

If your healthy the combination will not likely be dangerous but also will not likely offer any benefit.

When you visit the official website for Cialis (Lilly ICOS LLC) patients are advised not to take a multiple dosages less than 24 hours apart and not to take Cialis together with any "other medicines or treatments for ED"

Again -- Of course they post those advisories-- Those advisories are only inserted because there are no studies done in regards to combining the two drugs- it's not because the combination has been proven to be harmful. No drug company is going to pay to study the effect of their drug in combination with a competitor's drug.

You can be sure however that much higher doses of each individual drug were studied in the initial experience. There were no adverse effects but also no additional benefit at higher doses than recommended presently. That's how recommneded doses for any drug are arrived at.

Combining medications that has not been tested is risky.

We have enough medication that have been approved, throughly tested and cleared for sale by the FDA that results in negative reaction.

ED meds such as Viagra, Levitra and Cialis have been known to cause blindness with people that RP. Didnt show up during the study but now it is a known fact.

Just because someone else has had a positive result from combining V and C is not a clear indicator that you will have the same.

So if one is working stick with it. More medication that does not effect your heart is coming.

i've taken 10 mg olevitra with a 50 v and had great outcome. i've mixed many, many times.

I was in Buenos Aires and used the combination of 20 mg cialis and 100 mg viagra. My friend with me did the same "mix" and had similar great experience with performance. I did this for 1 week straight and it was the best time of my life. I do have a strong heart though.

How's the generic viagra, levitra, whatever in Brazil?

I'm a doc and although I do not recommend using V and C at the same time, many people do. I don't recommend visiting TJ for health reasons, either.

On the other hand, is the risk high? Not really, unless you are one of the people affected!

i am 59 and use both 20 cialis and 100 viagra usually just the viagra is plenty, but i take the cialis with me just in case. if i am with a girl for a few days, i cut back to cialis about every 36 hours. if i am drinking heavily i will use both to ensure no system failure! when i was in thailand i heard the use of both cialis and viagra at the same time referred to as a "bangkok cocktail" would like to chat with any filipina chasers i am hard core filipina thai is nice, but filipina is best in my humble opinion

Do you any of you ever have problems with some heartburn and acid after using some of the little helper pills? Sometimes I supplement to get the most out of my P4P dates and that seems to be one of my problems.

Heartburn is quite common for me, I usually pop a Zantac with it. I've also heard that cimetadine (another anti acid) prolongs the effect of the lil helpers specially the Vs

I had the heartburn problem too.
I now take a cimetadine about 20 minutes before the V and that takes care of it.
I can't say if it prolongs the effect, but sometimes the next day I'll have residual wood.

Out of the three available ED meds such as Viagra, Levitra and Cialis, few members have posted any effects/results using Levitra. What is the general consensus regarding Levitra?

Levitra works best for me.....and also last longer then Viagra. Not to impressed with Cialis and always had better results with Levitra. Hopefully the one side affect - heartburn - will go away with the proactive treatment using cimetadine.

Pepcid or pepcid ac counteracts the heartburn for me.

Levitra is the only one that has side effects for me. Nausea, headache, lightheaded, etc.

Viagra and Cialis are like vitamins.

OK, new question: I have not found any generic for Levitra, only V and C. When asking for a generic brand of Levitra I am either given the V or C[or generic equivalent of either]. Has this been a problem/occurence for other members?

Just had my annual physical last week. TOld the doc that the Viagra wasn't quite doing the job like it used to. (My doc is a 50 year old gal who I think swings from the other side of the plate.) She made a couple of wisecracks about it might be my choice of women that was degrading the Viagra performance. She gave me some free samples of Levitra and Cialis along with my regular Viagra Rx that I took on a trip to NL, Mexico. I did two different chicas (one very pretty, the other kind of plain) three times apiece, once with each kind of pill, alternating time of day between afternoon and evening. Real scientific - yeah right.

The Viagra did a decent job raising and keeping wood enough to get the job done with both senoritas, including a double play with the babe. The Levitra worked prety well with the pretty, well built chica - the babe, but The only way I could do the deed with the bowser was her doing me orally. The Cialis was totally worthless. Couldn't get it up enough to do anything except a BJ with one and a HJ with the other.

Anyone else have that bad of an experience with Cialis?

How many days were you down? Don't tell us you took multiple meds on the same day, no wonder you were having issues.

No way Cat, I only took one type of med per day.

I was there for 5 days but only got to party on 3.

With the Viagra I cut a 100mg pill in two and took the first half between 4 and 5 PM. I scored the first chica (the bowser) early around 6PM or 7 whenever she came in. I just hung out for the next few hours, downing only a couple of XX or Corona Lights. I took the other half of the pill around 10 or 11 and did the second gal (the babe) when I felt it kick in.

I only had one Cialis and was afraid to cut it up. I took the pill around 4 o'clock and went with the first girl (bowser) at 630 and then the babe between 10 and 11.

I had a couple of 10mg Levitra samples and my Doc had recommended taking 20mg per day. I took one 10 mg pill early and the other later on just like the V. I'd made advance arrangements with the babe to come in early and did plain jane later.

Used the V on day 1, Cialis on day 3 and Levitra on day 5 if that makes any diff. I figured 48 hours between diff meds should be safe.

Back home the Cialis didn't do much for me with my sig other, while the V continues to do just barely okay. Planning to try the Levitra next time I'm with her.

Just remember to swallow either type pill quickly. I heard of a guy that swallowed his Viagra too slowly and he got a stiff neck.

Just set up a dummy account for stuff like this. I have a .me address, and I can create an allis for trips, of ordering shit off the internet, giving it out to girlfriends that become stalkers, etc. The mail goes into my normal inbox, and when the address outlives it's usefulness I just delete it.

I just placed my third or fourth order there. The Viagra is great, as others her confirmed, too. I don't order Cialis so I cannot say if it is good.

But there have been a few reports of email accounts destroyed by spam deluges. I screwed up one account of mine. My new dummy eamail account has not gotten spam yet even though I have used it for ordering twice already.

It seems that the spam problem was temporary and has been solved. Obviously, it is not in the interest of the merchant to deluge his customer with his competitor's spam. This was some employee who stole email addresses.

Brewmeisterbro, you can turn on a spam filter, but spam filter always have problems. They have false positives (most of my emails end up in spam filters, just because I picked an email address with numbers, and because I write from Brazil) and they fail to pick up some spam.

If I send an email with the viagra link, then I can be even more sure to end up in the spam filter.

A .me address is an Apple MobileMe account email address. You have to have a paid subscription creating a MobileMe account to have a .me email address.

One of the nice things about a MobileMe account is that you can create a bunch of alias email addresses, and they all go to one hidden account. When you get tired of that address or it gets overloaded with spam, you can just kill it.

Getting back on topic about Viagra and Cialis, I just had my doctor make out a prescription for some 20mg Cialis pills and have my local pharmacy fill the prescription. My medical insurance will cover 8 pills a month so I figure why not take advantage of my insurance and get some dick pills. I don't need the 20mg, and my doctor tells me to just split them.

It costs me about $3.50 a dose this way, and I know I am getting the REAL thing, and i don't have to worry about some spam machine getting my email address, and I keep a copy of the prescription in my wallet so I don't have to worry about having any problems with customs or police here or overseas about having medication without a prescription.

My health insurance is crap on boner pills but my employer reimburses all but $5 on co-pays and uninsured prescription drugs so no mater what V or C cost me, if I had a prescription I would be reimbursed anything in excess of $5.

The only problem. To get reimbursed I'd have to turn in the receipt to none other than Lao Girl 2 who is now the company bookkeeper. And given such an interesting receipt I am quite sure she would of instantly gossip about it to all of the other Lao girls, who would then jabber in Lao about me and my boner pills every time they saw me from then on. How important is the expiration date on cialis? I have some that is about a year past it's expiration date. Any known risks, or does it just loose it's potency?
