Ok, I had mentioned this in another thread and promised a report when done.
Isagenix is a rather expensive CLEANSING program that is supposed to remove the toxins that fat clings too. When the toxins are gone, the fat is supposed to melt away.
I did the 9 day plan and dropped from 217 to 209, but jumped right back up to 214 after refilling the digestive tract. In the three weeks since ending the plan I have dropped another two pounds. However, my results are biased by the fact that I was dieting for months prior to trying the plan, so my fat is stubborn fat.
I have heard of other people, including my doctor, having better results. However, this seems to be a good entry point into a diet rather than a wonder treatment when the diet stalls.
Would be interested to hear if anybody else has experience with this program.

I had a similar experience with another product. It was a cleansing shake but I replaced two meals a day with it. Got from 248 or so down to 225. Went on vacation to Thailand in February, then came home. Within a month, I was right back up where I started.

I actually have used Isagenix for about 6 months. Some chick who was giving me a lap dance in Las Vegas told me about it. I tried it. Two things happened almost simultaneously. First, I needed a new insurance exam, and noticed that I had dropped 15 pounds in that month. Second, I had to go to the airport, to give lecture (I am a gynecologist, so I can answer questions on other topics, too ;-) )and my belt caused the detector to ring. I took off my belt and my pants fell down around my ankles. Holy crap, I said, as I walked through the metal detector holding the crouch of my pants. I have put my brother, mom and quite a few patients on Isagenix. Not one complaint so far. It is expensive for the first month, may two( around $400), but you save the money not buying the food you normally would buy with that money. Once on maintanence, it is about $120/ month.
